The Apartment: This fully air-conditioned apartment is located on the first floor of a lovely new residence with an elevator. The apartment is of a very high standard. The entrance opens directly onto a hall leading to a large living area with a fully equipped kitchen, open to the dining and living room spaces, which include a sofa and two armchairs for your relaxation. A large southwest-facing terrace extends the living space, where we have created a comfortable area perfect for enjoying an aperitif.

The apartment features two large bedrooms with closets, one with a 160 x 190 cm double bed and the other with two 90 cm single beds. There is also an additional sleeping area with a fold-down bed for two. Finally, you have two bathrooms. They are spacious and each equipped with a single sink, a shower, and a towel warmer.

The best part is access to the shared swimming pool during the summer season between 9 am and 8 pm (please note that capacity is limited to 10 people) and a gate leading directly to the pink promenade and Lecques beach.

Two parking spaces are available in the basement.

Surroundings: Lecques beach is a large, family-friendly beach with fine sand. Stroll along the promenade to discover its stunning expanse of sand, nearly 2 km long, and its picture-postcard views. You can also enjoy restaurants and shops. The beach clubs at Les Lecques beach are open from April to October. Water sports are available in the bay: sailing, diving, sea kayaking, paddleboarding, windsurfing, and jet skiing.

Bed linen and towels: Available as an optional extra upon request (€25 for a double bed linen set and €15 for a towel set with one large and one small towel per person). Blankets are available in the accommodation if needed (ideal for the off-season).

Cleaning: This is included in your booking, and a cleaning company will clean after your departure.

Pets: Not allowed out of respect for the neighbors.

Security deposit upon key collection: A credit card imprint will be taken at the agency reception.

The amount is equal to one week's rental.
