This very large holiday apartment is located between the Mozart city of Salzburg and King Ludwig II Castle on Herreninsel in Chiemsee, right on the edge of the forest in the quiet, original Achthal, municipality of Teisendorf, Berchtesgadener Land.

The apartment with its own entrance comprises the entire upper floor and attic of a two-family house and has a total living area of approx. 200 sqm. It consists of a large living-dining room (approx. 60 sqm) with a tiled stove, kitchen, bedroom with walk-in closet and bathroom. In the attic there are 2 further bedrooms, each with their own bathroom, designed as apartments. The two floors are connected by a generous staircase in a representative open hallway.

A large balcony covers the entire south side of the apartment and is supplemented by a large south-facing covered terrace, as well as a smaller east balcony in one of the two apartment rooms in the attic.

The garden on the south side in front of the house can also be used.

The apartment in the idyllic village of Achthal (approx. 100 inhabitants) in the municipality of Teisendorf in Berchtesgadener Land is in a very quiet location within a plot of over 3,000 square meters right on the edge of the forest and can only be reached via a private road.

Furnishing:
The entire apartment is fully furnished and can be occupied by up to 8 people.
Almost all rooms are designed with high-quality oak parquet, except for the bedroom on the upper floor, where there is carpeting. A fitted kitchen is also available as well as a large tiled stove as additional heating and provides pleasant, cozy warmth.
