Enjoy the peacefulness of El Cortez on Mustang Island, just three miles south of Port Aransas. This newly remodeled, one-bedroom second-floor condo is nestled within the tropical landscape and offers all of the amenities of a home. With all new furniture, the open living room is made up of a large couch, loveseat, an overstuffed matching leather armchair, a TV, and a sliding glass door to the balcony. The full kitchen is equipped with all things needed to prepare a meal with granite countertops, white cabinets, appliances, a Keurig and drip coffee maker, dishes, basic pots, pans, and utensils. Sit down for meals at the dining table with seating for four and three additional stools at the breakfast bar. The master bedroom (BR1) contains a King bed, nightstands, a closet, a dresser, a bench, a corner rocker, and a TV. The ensuite bathroom holds a vanity, tile tub/shower unit, and a stackable washer/dryer for your use during your stay. Just off of the kitchen area is a custom built-in Twin bunk bed, for small children Only. Take in the ocean breeze while sitting out on the balcony with your morning coffee or cold beverage. This complex offers a new golf cart-accessible boardwalk to the beach. After a day of fun at the beach, cool off in the shared pool, or grill up snacks and dinner on the shared grills. El Cortez is just five minutes from Port Aransas offering a variety of restaurants, shops, nightlife, and fishing charters.

Wonderful spot for a quiet beach getaway. Arrived and departed before the rowdy spring break crowds. Condo was clean, safe area, great amenities. Bring own laundry detergent, in-unit washer & dryer were a great bonus! Will be coming back!

Perfect spot for a getaway
We had a great stay and felt comfortable our entire stay. The small space didn't feel cramped at all. It was open and well appointed plus the two decks allowed us to spread out even more. The management company was very thorough in their instructions and everything from check in to check out was seamless.

Good stay
The condo was great. Very quiet complex, easy parking and easy boardwalk to the beach. The unit was clean and well furnished. The check in/out instructions were detailed and easy to follow. We had a great time.

Wonderful Condo 2 Balconies
We loved it here! Bigger inside than what pics show. Very roomy with nice kitchen, comfy bed and hot shower. Loved how big the balcony was and that their was an additional separate one up front. Highly recommend

This villa is absolutely impeccable! As soon as you walk in you can tell that it’s a well taken care of property. I really like how we were able to walk to the beach and then rinse off all the sand at the outdoor rinse area. The beds were comfortable, the shower was nice and hot, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The community is quiet and private!

We loved this place! It was perfect for my family of 3 and my son LOVED the bunk beds. Everything was so clean and better than we expected. We never needed anything but had great communication with the property manager and beach gear rental. Th location is great and so convenient to EVERYTHING! The A/C worked great and the property had convenient outdoor shower/wash stations. to prevent sand from being in the unit! We will definitely stay there again.

Convenient to Beach
This was a nice place to stay. Close to the beach, pretty spacious place. Only downside is it sleeps 6 but only has one restroom and it’s only access is through the master bedroom. That part was pretty inconvenient especially when you’re traveling with your teenagers and they need to use the restroom overnight or early morning.
Host responded quickly with any questions we had. If one restroom isn’t a deal breaker for you, this is a really cute place to stay.

Clean and Comfortable. Great patio. 2nd floor unit. Bring your own coffee, laundry soap.
The sticker burrs are horrible. Make sure to check your shoes, and don’t walk around inside or out barefoot. We collected about 50+ from the floors. That was a very unpleasant and painful discovery.

Very clean, stocked and as advertised
Very clean. Wonderful memory foam beds. Great nights sleep. Will go again. Only things I would mention. Only bathroom is in bedroom, so think about that. The counter in the bathroom is very low. I’m 6’1” and it was difficult for me to use. Just FYIs.
Only thing not sparkling clean: ceiling fans. Need to be cleaned.
Very comfortable sofas and nice leather chair for reading. Loved that.
Perfect location. Neighbors were respectful. Highly recommend.
