Property sits on 2 acres with small stream about 6 inches deep. Access to full private backyard (not fenced in) dogs should be kept on leashes. Deck and patio furniture available (except during winter months)

We are located in Happy Valley just 20 miles from PSU. Lots to do downtown State College and GO PENN STATE!!! Gas, food, restaurants, groceries are within 5 min of property. Children and pet friendly. Close to Spring Creek (world renowned fishing) and Bald Eagle Creek which has hiking trails, boat and Jet Ski rentals. Public swimming area and many places to gill out and relax. Hunting is 2 miles away in State Game Lands.
Guest have access to fire pit. Wood can be purchased from us $10 (10 pieces) please let us know before your arrival and we will have it ready, we accept venom and PayPal for this purchase.
Full size refrigerator, range, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, air fryer, blender, table for 8.
Pots, pans, dishes, some snacks and drinks are provided. Medium roast coffee in provided. SMART TV with cable. Fully furnished, and linens included.
Shower is handicap accessible and shower chair is provided.
Dressers and closet space can be used.
We are available via text or call. We understand that traveling can be tiring, we provide no contact, however we are happy to meet you!
