The peaceful garden, spacious terrace, and barbecue area provide the perfect setting for memorable moments together.



The Space:

The property consists of:



1️⃣ Ground Floor

- A spacious living and dining area featuring a large dining table that comfortably seats 10 to 12 guests, along with plenty of armchairs and sofas for gathering together over drinks, board games, or relaxing evenings. Large floor-to-ceiling windows flood the space with natural light and offer stunning views.

- A fully equipped open-plan kitchen with a large central island and numerous appliances, including a large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven, induction cooktop, coffee machine, toaster, citrus juicer, kettle, raclette machines, and more.

- A sunroom/veranda where you can enjoy the outdoors while being sheltered from the wind.

- A bedroom/office with a sofa bed and wardrobe.

- A bedroom with two single beds that can be joined together to form a double bed, plus storage space.

- A bathroom with a large walk-in shower, double vanity, and toilet.



2️⃣ Upper Floor

- A bedroom with a queen-size double bed, wardrobe, and magnificent views over the Embrun area.

- A shower room with sink and toilet.



3️⃣ Lower Floor

- One bedroom sleeping up to 4 guests, featuring a bunk bed and two single beds that can be converted into a double bed.

- One bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe.

- Two bathrooms, one with a walk-in shower and the other with a bathtub, both featuring double vanities.

- A laundry area with cleaning supplies, storage space, an additional fridge-freezer, and a washing machine.

- A large garden with a paved terrace, outdoor furniture, and a barbecue. Expect wonderful moments with spectacular views of Embrun and the surrounding mountains.

🧺 Bed Linen & Towels

Bed linen and towels are not included in the reservation but can be rented through our concierge service.

Rates (bed linen + towels): €35 per double bed / €17.50 per single bed

🛏️ Flexible Sleeping Arrangements

Most bedrooms can be configured according to your needs, as they are equipped with single beds that can be converted into double beds.

If you rent the linen package, please let us know your preferred bed configuration for your family or group.



🚗 Parking : You can park your vehicle in the private driveway or in the parking space located directly in front of the gate.



⚠️ Please note that the stairs inside the house are quite steep. Unfortunately, the property is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility.
