Amazing home in Ystad with kitchen

Nice cottage in a small cozy village near Wallanders Ystad and Österlen, with the miles of sandy beaches on the south coast. 1500 m to the sea with fine sandy beach, jetty and good fishing. At Svarte and Lilleskog you can catch the best trout in the Baltic Sea at Skåne. It is possible to book a fishing trip with the owner. In the countryside around the house is stirring such as deer, roe deer and foxes. The house is located in the village Balkåkra, which is known for Sweden's only privately owned burial chapel. Nearby are the hiking area Snogeholm and the beautiful valley Fyledalen with wonderful bird life, where the mighty golden and sea eagles hunt. Also nearby are Simrishamn, Tomelilla Hasse & Tage Museum, Ystad Zoo (bike distance), Tosselilla, Kivik, Kåseberga and the whole of Österlen with all it has to offer such as farm stores, restaurants and artists. You can easily reach several bike paths, by castles or along the coast. You can also easily take the train (1500 m) to Malmö, Copenhagen and Helsingborg if you want to experience a big city. A cottage in the middle of the Skåne countryside that promises a relaxing vacation by the sea and close to the city. There are many castles in the area, Krageholm, Charlottenlund and Marsvinsholm to name a few. Marsvinsholm Castle also offers an art park and restaurant in the summer.
