The bright spacious exclusive 3-room ground floor apartment is (about 65 m²) and is suitable for 4 people, consists of a living room, fully fitted kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, microwave and dishwasher, bedroom (double bed), children's room, Bathroom with shower (floor level) and toilet, guest toilet (additional) and a terrace. Tiled floor and underfloor heating in the living room, kitchen and bathroom, The south facing paved terrace is equipped with garden furniture, parasol and barbecue. The terrace area is accessible from the kitchen as well as from the living area. The Erstausttatung bed linen and 1 tea towel are included. Towels can either be brought along or rented on site for a fee (please pre-order with the key administrator Mr. Käding).
