We offer a very spacious large old building apartment in the center of Budapest. 120 square meters with high ceilings, parquet floors and lots of light on the upper floor. There is also an elevator. We are in the center and only 200 meters from the famous New York café. There is also an old market hall 200 meters away. with many great products directly from the farmer. There is also fresh goat milk and cow's milk. Wines straight from the winemaker and great fruit and vegetable stands. Likewise meat and sausages or fresh fish. Let yourself be surprised. We are happy to answer any questions.

Good location in Budapest

We enjoyed our 3 night stay. Location is quite good. On a tram line. Communications with owner were good. This is a large space and would be good for a larger group keeping in mind while there are 3 bedrooms there is a single bathroom. Furnishings are basic. If arriving at night the entrance is somewhat dark. Not a big deal but somewhat disconcerting the first time.

Very nice apartment - would love to own it

We came for an early spring weekend and we loved it. The size is perfect for up to six people, but also for 2 guests it is great. The flat got 3 sep. bedrooms a very great and long hallway or entrance area what give the apartment a noble touch. Big wooden double doors to all rooms. Some old stucko in every room. High ceilings, hard wooden floor. An amazing floor heated bathroom. The elevator brings you to the last floor and there is always a lot of light. We enjoyed the stay in Franks apartment a lot. It was always nice coming home and the budgelt is less a third of any hotel around in this area and more space and more value and luxury for sure. THANKS for having us

Schöne Wohnung, angenehme Atmosphäre, gut eingerichtet. Und gleich in der Nähe der wunderschönen kleinen Markthalle am Rákóczi tér! Rasche und hilfreiche Unterstützung durch den Gastgebers bei einem auftretenden Problem.

Great location, great apartment, great host

We arrived after a power failure (nasty rain storm). Power was back by the time we checked in, but the elevator was not working. That posed a problem due to a family member's health condition. Frank (the host) offered us to switch with a similar apartment across the street with functioning elevator, but eventually we decided to stay with the original booking. The elevator has almost everything one might need. May I suggest a microwave oven and a soap dish/holder for the shower. We will definitely try to book this property if we visit Budapest again.

Appart normal et non de luxe

C'est quand même très loin d'être un appart de luxe. Quand vous êtes dans cet appart qu'il fait 31 degrés, qu'il n'y a pas de clim... pas besoin de vous faire un dessin. Pas de porte aux meubles de cuisine, draps et serviette commencent ça va être bien vieux. Pour accéder au troisième étage le couloir d'accès avec ses poubelles n'est pas entretenu. En résumé c'est un appartement quelconque ce n'est pas parce que il y a des frises en bois au sol que ça fait de celui-ci un appart de LUXE. Il peut-être sympa pour trois jeunes couples

Haus selbst wirkt baufällig. Wohnung selbst ist schön, wenn auch nur sporadisch eingerichtet. Der Toilettendeckel war kaputt. Die Betten sind gut, das beste ist die Kaffeemaschine.

GROßARTIGE Wohnung im Herzen der Stadt

War ein toller Aufenthalt in der tollen Wohnung. Einfach super Lage und super schöne Wohnung. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die alte Markthalle gleich um die Ecke, tolle Cafes in der Gegend, super Anbindung zu Fuß und mit allen möglichen Verkehrsmitteln. Ganz toll. Danke

Waren hier über Silvester. Einfach eine tolle Wohnung mitten im Zentrum. Viel Platz, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, Fußbodenheizung im Bad, Parkett überall, Fahrstuhl. Sehr ruhig und dennoch super zentral. Dazu noch sehr günstig. Bekommt man in Europa sonst nicht mehr. DANKE

perfect stay in a perfect apartment - BELLISSIMO

We came for a longer weekend to visit the beautiful Christmas Market in Budapest. It was wonderful. The apartment is well located, so you can decide to walk or use the tram or even metro. There is a lot to see around the apartment, great coffee houses like Cafe NEW YORK or Cafe HAUER. We liked the Cafe Hauer better, because its more simple and cheaper. The flat is beautiful designed and quiet. It is much nice then on the images and the heated floor in the bathroom in winter is great. It was a very good experience to rent this flat and much cheaper then a hotel room for a group of 6. Thanks so much. Laura and friends

wirklich eine tolle Unterkunft im Zentrum

Die Reise liegt nun schon etwas zurück, aber wir erinnern uns immer noch gerne. Die Wohnung ist einfach gut gelegen und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Alles passt sehr gut. Die alten Möbel sind gut aufgearbeitet und geben der Unterkunft eine tolle Aura. Aber auch die modernen Extras, wie das tolle Ledersofa und die Musikanlage passen sich gut an. Wir sind wirklich sehr froh gewesen mit dieser Erfahrung in Franks Wohnung. Kann man nur weiter empfehle. Viel Platz, Fahrstuhl und Parkettboden. Einfach Klasse. DANKE nochmal an den tollen Gastgeber.

Very nice and big apartment right in the center

We (family with 2 adult kids) visit Budapest in late august and Franks apartment was perfect for us. We have good memories still - silent, clean, stylish, lots of space plus elevator. It was spotless and very beautiful and looked like mint condition, when we entered it. For a low budget a great place, no hotel could compete. THANKS Michael & family
