This is a charming little home that I am Renting out for extra income It's 3 bedroomsOne full bathroom and Living room dining room area That has couch and TV
Dining room area with a refrigerator , Coffee maker, microwave
Air friar, Toaster I will provide breakfast in the refrigerator This is not a full Kitchen please make note of this I don't want you to think that you will have access to a big kitchen it is more like You will be getting a hotel style kitchen There is no oven You will have 3 bedrooms When was the Queen bed and the other two have Twin bed in them

USMMA Trip

We came to Great Neck to see our boys at the academy. The location was great, the neighborhood is very nice, and the house though older was comfortable for all of us. The host was helpful and available if needed.

Great location

We stayed here for 2024 USMMA graduation week festivities. The location can't be beat. We did have working A/C units for a very hot week in June. Otherwise, the property leaves a lot to be desired.

I would have given NO STARS if this program would have let me. they obviously were not ready for us. This house was a mess. Garbage and trash everywhere. The inside was old and grungy and the upstairs showed signs that someone was literally living in the house. I was embarrassed as i was the one who went through VRBO to rent this terrible house. We refused entry and were told that we would be refunded our money. Haven't seen the refund yet. I need more than1500 characters to describe how bad it was so just look at the pics. Please take this rental off your site.

If I could give this less than 1 star I would. This property was extremely dirty and we ended up calling the property owner and canceling on the spot. It was extremely unsettling, everything outside was neglected and overgrown with a broken down car and multiple weird doors that were locked with padlocks. I couldn't figure out where we were supposed to have access and where we were not. There is no access to a kitchen, and to be honest it felt like someone might be in the house with you and you wouldn't know. The cabinets and drawers were all overflowing and held closed with painters tape. There was an alarm that wouldn't stop going off when we tried to check in...the whole experience was one of the most unsettling experiences I've had on VRBO. The only positive I can say is that the owner did refund our money immediately and we went to find a hotel instead. I am glad I didn't have to fight for the refund. But I would never stay here.

Not as described!!

My family of 4 (2 parents, 2 teenagers) came for parents weekend for our son at USMMA. The location is fantastic, Only 1 block from academy- walking to and from was a piece of cake. The overall property sadly is a 2. The property was not as described or pictured. It is listed as a bed and breakfast however, no breakfast was provided. The pictures showed a full size refrigerator with some counter space, and chairs around a table, however only a mini refrigerator was present, but not turned on prior to check in. Leaving us without a cold refrigerator for hours. Original pictures show a countertop with toaster and air frier (not present, was notified 2 days prior). The property was dirty with cobwebs and dead spiders in every corner. there were large ants in multiple rooms as well as dirt and dust in main area. Only a couple windows had dressings, therefore changing was a problem as the neighbors are close together. Window in the shower without any frosting or covering, I could watch the neighbor cleaning their yard while showering and I would think they could watch me cleaning my body. The television was on the only table and therefore there was not much room to use for eating or preparing food. The only chairs available were a stack of folding chairs in the corner of the room. I contacted the owner and was not able to get her to agree with the differences between what was represented and what we actually were renting. I have pictures to illustrate differences.

Merchant Marine Academy

We came in with the family for the USMMA vs Coast Guard football game. The house is less than a block from the school. Perfect location. It has a large downstairs common area and three bedrooms upstairs with one bathroom. The home is obviously older, but it has been updated and super clean. The owner/property manager was also super responsive and friendly. We’ll definitely stay here again.
