Outside:
- A 5 m² south-west-facing loggia overlooking the waterway, with outdoor furniture to enjoy the sunny days

The flat is ideally situated in Cap d’Agde, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, a bakery, bars and a market… A shuttle bus also provides easy access to the harbour.
