Must be 25 years or older to rent this property. The guest on the reservation must be present at check-in with photo ID which matches address and credit card used. The booking guest must be present during the complete stay.

A rental agreement will need signed upon booking and a Refundable Damage Deposit of $500 will be charged to your credit card 3 days prior to arrival. This deposit will be fully refunded within 3 days after checkout, provided there are no damages or policy violations.

Come unwind on this 15 acre tranquil setting and rejuvenate. Relax, play, or exercise in the indoor heated saltwater pool in the detached pool house (No pets allowed in pool or pool house). Views of trees from every window! Great room with vaulted ceilings, skylights allowing tons of natural light along with a large leather sectional sofa to relax. Well stocked kitchen designed for entertaining w/ granite counters, wrap around island, ample cabinetry, 2 refrigerators / 2 ice makers along with a bright and airy dining room. 3 private king bedrooms which share a hall bath on the main floor. In adidtion there's a Master suite with a 4th king bed along with an en-suite bathroom and a private entrance to the deck and hot tub. The lower level has 1 private king bedroom with a futon and an egress window. Large room with play area for children. 4 XL twin beds which could also be pushed together to have 2 king beds, futon, Tv, sink, and counter space for many uses. 1 bathroom on lower level. Rec room with a 70" TV and 2 leather sofas and a wood burner stove. Game room features an 8' pool table, shuffleboard, 50 games arcade video game, pinball machine, dartboard and a refrigerator. Outdoors there's a large deck, with patio furniture, hot tub, private yard space with firepit and 15 wooded acres of trails and a stream to explore. All of this, just 10 mins from many dining choices, Walmart and only 24 min from Old Man's Cave.

Pricing is for 12 guests. Additional fee of $25 per person per day.

We really enjoyed our stay! The house keeping had done a great job and everything was neat and tidy when we arrive. The pool was large and very warm as advertised. We couldn't keep the kids out of it! Our beds were comfy and there are tons of them. Thank you for a lovely trip!

Very nice, and exactly as stated. Had a great time, although only used a few amenities since not everyone we had planned could come. Pool was a little cool, but hottub was great. Outdoor seating and tables were great for lunches and BBQs.

What a beautiful place to stay. This lodge has EVERYTHING! Even more than is listed in the description. We really enjoyed the pool and the pool table. Lots of fun for a group of friends to get away. Itā€™s close to everything youā€™d want to see while in Hocking Hills. If you even want to leave once you get there! Check in and out were seamless. Iā€™d give them 100 starts if it were an option.

Luxury in the hills

This cabin/lodge is amazingly situated in the hills. It offers so much entertainment from campfires, pool parties, games to just relaxing on the decks! We had a large family group and ALL felt very much at home! The cabin was very clean and well organized. We could not have asked for any better cabin.

Great weekend getaway

Everything went great. Very easy check in, everything was very clean upon arrival. We had a larger group of friends and there was plenty of space for everyone to hangout inside or outside. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook for a large group. The pool house was the highlight and for it being chilly outside it was always warm inside and the pool felt great.

Great, secluded place!

Super nice stayā€¦plenty of room and beds. Pool house was an amazingly nice touch. There was almost too much to do at the house between the game room, pool, fire pit, ping pong, pool, hot tub, etc. Thatā€™s a good problem to have, though! Driveway has been nicely paved recently.

Friends trip with kids

We had a 3 night stay with a party of 12. 6 adults and 6 kids. Age range of 7 to 15. We planned on going out to see sights, hike, ect. There was so much to do at the rental we never left once we got there! The kids had a BLAST playing in the pool, hot tub, pool table, arcade games, darts, ect. Never heard "I'm bored" once! The youngest boy(7) loved the swingset.The house is huge and we had plently of room for 12 people. Beds were comfortable and the house was super clean! Will definitely recommend and hope to come back soon.

Great for large groups, but needs some upkeep

This house was great for us, we had 5 couples, and 4 kids (3 of them babies.) It worked great having us all together. The deck on the back was perfect because it had seating for all, as well as two tables inside for dining. The hot tub and kidā€™s play structure were a plus too! There was a lot of black mold in one of the basement bedrooms, making that room unusable. It didnā€™t look like the showers/toilets had been recently cleaned, as there was hair in the shower and black rings around the toilet. There was a lot of dead bugs in almost every room when we got there as well. And not stated in the listing is that there is a very steep gravel driveway. This was not disclosed to us until the day we were heading there and weā€™re grateful we had an SUV because a car would never make it up. The lawn company came to mow the grass while we were there so we werenā€™t able to sit outside during that. Overall, a nice place to have a group and hang out. It does have a lot to offer, just needs to be cleaned a little better next time. Great location, it was about 20-30 minute drive to the hocking hills trails, depending on which trail you did. Very nice backyard and very peaceful.

Peachtree stay

The property was beautiful, and the massive amount of trees provided so much privacy. The house was incredibly spacious and I loved the openness of the family room and kitchen. I would highly recommend this property.

Great place for a family reunion

We had an excellent time staying here. Great location for large groups with kids. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook, the space was clean, and the beds were comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.
