Your holiday house consists of 1 floor, 2 rooms (from which 1 bedroom), is 50 sqm and can accommodate up to 4 persons. On colder days your holiday house can be heated with central heating (gas). The entrance is ground level and leads directly in the kitchen with wardrobe. The rooms are divided as follows: Living room as intersecting room and with 1 additional bed at couch/sofa, lounge, TV and radio. You have access to the terrace with garden furniture, 1 table, 4 chairs and parasol. Bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 bunk bed. Kitchen as intersecting room and with dinette, dishwasher, electric cooker (4 plates), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. The dinette offers space for 4 persons. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and window.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access, baby bed and high chair for children. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.


Location
Zirkow, district of Dalkvitz. The holiday home is located on a 2500 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs, and trees, bordered by a fence and a hedge. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. There are 2 properties on the plot: RUE MON 009 (4 people) and RUE MON 010 (5 people). The garden is available for shared use. The house is located in the small district on the main road, only 7 km from the Baltic Sea resort of Binz. The area is exempt from visitor's tax. Access is directly from the main road. Parking (for 1 car) on the property.
