Great Secluded, Cozy, and Serene Getaway! This furnished 1 bedroom and 1 full bathroom Cottage sits on a 400 acre horse farm - The property is about 1,000 square feet. This unit can sleep up to 2 Adults. It is fully furnished. It has (1 ) Full Bathroom; (1) Bedroom with (1) Queen size bed; and a pullout sofa in the living room that can accommodate two small children. There’s a full kitchen with all cooking supplies and appliances. The living room and dining areas has an open concept. We furnish all linens and towels. This cottage has a great view of the horses as they gallop on the training track. Horse Show participants love the fact that the property has boarding stables for their horses during their stay. Horse Boarding fees are $25 per day for Each Stall, which includes bedding. Please Note: You, the Guest, would need to clean each stall before checking out. Otherwise, an additional Stall Cleaning fee of $20 will be charged for Each Stall that needs cleaning.
