Brand New updated 1 Bedroom plus Den Private LA home. The home is centrally located in the beautiful Mid City neighborhood right in the middle of LA. The property is a duplex and the unit is private with a separate entrance. The unit has a living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen and 1 bathroom. There is a 40 inch TV with roku, free high speed internet and it's own washer/dryer. Semi private outside BBQ/ Sitting area. When booking be sure to select 31 days to avoid paying occupancy taxes; it will be about $600 less to book 1 extra day- just saying.

There is a queen sized bed in the main bedroom and a twin daybed trundle in the den/bonus room. Airbed available. (for extra guest) Mid City is literally in the middle of LA. Close to everything. 5 mins from the Grove. 10 to Beverly Hills. 15 to Hollywood. Your outdoor are is mainly private but will double as a walkway for access to the back unit. Please keep in mind that you are booking an apartment/unit for a month in a residential home and minor issues are bound to come up. If issues come up during your stay I promise you they will be resolved in a timely manner. Refunds will NOT be given unless there is a major problem that I cannot solve.
