City Lodge -Beautiful 10 Person Home Near the Mall

Beautiful family friendly home that sleeps up to 10 guests. Located across the street from Roosevelt High School. Great location, just a short distance from the Empire Mall, restaurants, movie theaters, shopping, and interstate.

Two separate living areas and bedrooms include LED TVs. Master en suite. Family room includes a fireplace and foosball table. Complimentary snacks and coffee bar.

• First of all...feel at home! Enjoy your stay and please give us the
opportunity to solve any problem you may have.
• No Pets. We ask everyone respect all future guests looking for a Pet Free home due to allergies and/or health concerns.
• Check-out time is before 11:00am. Late check-out will be charged a $50.00 Late Check-Out fee. All late check-outs after 1:00pm will be charged a full day. We have cleaning crews scheduled to arrive at 11:00am after every stay and if we have to reschedule due to late check-outs, we still have to pay.
• Please remove shoes to help keep the home clean.
• Only confirmed registered guests are permitted. No extra guests or visitors
after booking, this is for your and our safety.
• No illegal substances allowed and no smoking inside the home.
• Please respect our neighbors. Quiet hours are between 11pm & 7am.
• We kindly ask that you’d be respectful of our home and treat it
as if it were yours.
• No garage access

There are 2 exterior security cameras located just outside the front and back door. These cameras are for the security of all guests current and future. They are motion activated and do not record during the entire stay.

• LATE CHECK OUT - When available, we offer a 2hr late checkout for $150. Anything past 2 hours will be billed at the full-day rate. We need to know in advance for a late checkout, not the day of, as we need to adjust our cleaning schedule and confirm calendar availability. All unverified late checkouts will be charged a full-day rate.
