Villa Villanovizza in Barban with swimming pool

In the past, it was once customary not only to mark one's property but also to give it a name. This part of Barban was named "Villanovizza." The name still appears on maps and plans of the municipality today, and the new, modern holiday home was named after it. Located at the exit of the small town of Barban, the house sits 260 meters above sea level and offers a magnificent view of the Rasa River valley and the Učka mountain range. After several years of successful rental to returning holiday guests, the owners decided to further improve the house and turn it into a small "villa." The swimming pool (3.5 x 7 m) in the garden completes the offering.

House for 5-6 people: at ground level, approx. 150 m², kitchen, large living room with dining area and air conditioning, lounge with fireplace, two double rooms - one with an extra bed, a single room, bath / toilet, separate toilet, terrace (22 m² ).
