This is our family beach home. We take great pride in sharing it with you and your family. You'll find well-appointed rooms, reclining sofas, high-quality sheets and bedding, large flatscreen televisions, puzzles, games, thick & luxurious bath & beach towels, laundry detergent, paper towels, dish detergent, and more.

We know you and your family will feel at home on one of the most beautiful beaches.

This home is privately owned. The owner is not responsible for any accidents that occur to the guests or their property while at the house.
No pets allowed. No smoking. Quiet time is from 9 pm until 7 am. Only registered guests can spend the night and the maximum is 10 people.
Please do not move furniture and bring all beach toys and chairs back to the black box on the lower deck. Trash pick up is WEDNESDAY!

Costal Gratitude is a beautiful beach home. We loved how close it is to the water. All the furniture is in excellent condition and very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. I liked that the cabinet drawers and doors were labeled, making finding what you need so easy. Our host, Emily, communicated well with us.

This house is perfect! It has so much to offer and the location canā€™t be beat. It was so perfect we tried to book it for next fall but it was already booked. We definitely have it saved for the future!

One of if not the best rental Iā€™ve ever vacationed at. Communication was top notch. The house was stunning and had pretty much every item you could need. Enjoyed so much that I know already looking at when we can come back. If you are looking at place to truly relax this is it!

This was our second time staying at Coastal Gratitude and it was everything we remembered it to be! Our last visit was when we were pregnant with our little one and now heā€™s 13 months old and LOVED the beach. The house is spotless and well maintained and the owners are helpful with anything youā€™d need. Will be back for our third time sooner rather than later!

Perfect Family Getaway

Coastal Gratitude was the perfect spot for our familyā€™s beach stay. The house had plenty of room for everyone but we still felt like we were together. The listing was spot on. Kitchen was well equipped and plenty of beach towels and beach toys for the stay. This was our first trip to Dauphin Island and despite being over the 4th of July holiday it never felt busy or congested. Nice, quiet and peaceful. We hope we can return some day!

House was exactly as we expected it! We had issues with the wifi and tvā€™s the first couple of days, and the host was responsive and quick to resolve the issue. Highly recommend.

Great place!!!

Another stay at a wonderful place!!!! We absolutely love it there! The cleaning crew didnā€™t hit the common areas very well this time. We had to vacuum the kitchen/living room area. Lots of crumbs and such on the floor. Bathrooms and bedrooms were very clean. It would have been nice to have a broom and mop. The main deck area didnā€™t seem to be cleaned at all upon our arrival. Sand and broken shells all over. The Wi-Fi was pretty terrible, it came and went. Not much toilet paper or dishwashing pods supplied for 9 people. But, all that being said, it is a great house and location!!! The propane tank on the grill was empty but after a phone call we had a new tank within 30 minutes. Communication with the property managers is easy and they jump to make things right! We love this place and will definitely stay there anytime we visit Dauphin Island!!!! Highly recommended!!!!

We had the best time in this property! The house is beautifully decorated & the view was fantastic! The beds were comfy & was perfect for our group of 6. The fridge went down our last day there ...the property manager was very helpful & sent help right away. Communication was great ...highly recommend

Stunning and Breath Taking

This home is exactly as Described, a stunning location on the ocean, private beach, with breathtaking views! The large upper Deck and smaller middle deck offer both Sun and shade for deck seating all day long. Kids loved The huge sandy and shaded area underneath the house with swings facing the ocean. This home has Beach toys and chairs to use, the home is spacious with two of the bedrooms facing the ocean with sliding glass doors. We give this home, a five star rating and it was a thrill to be so close to the ocean with that private beach in front. One note to the owners that the toilet holders and towel bars kept falling off and need to be rebolted. Thanks for sharing your beach paradise!

Wonderful Beach House!

Great beach week to celebrate a birthday. House is directly on the Gulf side, just a few steps to the beach. The home fit our needs, and was accurate in description.

Spring break 2025

We loved the property and the location was fantastic. It fit our needs perfectly. We have been to the Alabama gulf coast before but this was our first time on Dauphin Island. We loved it! DI has been our favorite so far, very relaxed atmosphere and being right on the beach was a plus. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful!

Coastal Gratitude was all that we could have hoped for. The property is immaculate and spacious, well outfitted, with a great location. We loved the proximity to the beach (just steps out the door), the well outfitted kitchen, and the number of bedrooms and baths. The bunk room was a hit with our 1- and 3- year olds!! There are several areas to lounge and chat, in the house and one the spacious deck. We had a great stay and seriously hope to return one day.
