The space:
Our bright and modern private walk-out basement suite sleeps up to four (4) guests comfortably. We offer one (1) bedroom with a comfortable king size bed, one (1) bedroom with a queen size bed, a bathroom with walk-in shower, fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances including a built-in microwave as well as a dishwasher. Our open concept living and dining area has a 55" wall mounted smart TV.
In our utility room we offer a washer and dryer for your convenience.
Our space accommodates business travelers as we provide reliable unlimited Wi-Fi coverage and a desk/work station with a printer and mini-library.
Please note, for your protection and safety we have total of two (2) outdoor security cameras installed around the property (outside only). During times when our guests are checked-in we have hired a third party security company to monitor the cameras for suspicious activities in order to protect our guests.

Guest access:
Our guests will have access to the entire basement suite (not shared) with a separate entrance through the backyard.
Designated parking is available for one (1) vehicle on the right side of the driveway. Free street parking is also available.

Other things to note:
The main/upper apartment is owner-occupied. Parking on the left side of the driveway is reserved for the owners. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
