Welcome to the Sunland Funland tower. Where the sunshines almost everyday. 2 hours from Seattle. High-end new construction will not disappoint. 1 bedroom with queen bed plus a low ceiling loft with sleeping for 4 more (1 double) (2 twins), a pull out couch for 2 more. Open concept living with island and windows galore.. Beautiful views and private deck Walk to the community park, playground and River. The community also has a Boat launch a local store and pizzeria. Only 5 minutes to Cave B winery and the Gorge amphitheater. For most large concerts Sunland runs a shuttle for a fee, inquiry within. Please note stairs to the tower are steep but once upstairs the views are incredible. Please note wifi can be amazing one day and horrible the next.

The property itself was super nice! My group of 3 had a super comfortable stay and it definitely felt like more would have been just fine as well. The space was very clean, the WiFi worked well, and the TV and A/C were both very much appreciated amenities.The only two pieces of feedback we had were 1. it would have been nice if the kitchen had a few more essentials (cooking oil and aluminum foil were the items we had hoped were there) and 2. the entry through the neighbors backyard felt like we were doing something wrong, even though the sign instructed us to go there.Otherwise, everything was great! Thanks for the stay :)

Great location & clean property!

This property was the perfect location for our stay over Watershed weekend! It was clean, included all the kitchen utensils, bedding & towels. Great deck with a large table & comfortable chairs and a great view.

Amazing stay

Devin and Trish were able to work with us during a challenging parking situation as we had friends coming from all over the state (and some out of state) the home was clean, modern, and all the amenities worked great, including the AC! The beds were very comfy and our group had an amazing time there, will hope to be booking in the future!

Fantastic Stay

What a fantastic spot. First time visit to Sunland Estates. What a great location! Jeff and Trish’s place is amazing and they are equally amazing hosts. Love the deck and view of the river! Shuttle to the Gorge was an added bonus. Hope to be back again soon!

Great house and location

The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The living room was such a cozy place for our family to hang out and the TV is amazing. The deck is all set up for hanging out and enjoying meals. The house is in a great location on a very nice street. We would definitely stay there again and highly recommend the house.

Stayed here for the weekend of Dave at the Gorge. Place was nice and had everything we needed. Host was great and accommodated an early check in on Friday. Would stay here again.

Best Sunland Stay

We were in town for a 3-day concert at the Gorge Amphitheatre - but are not campers. This was the most beautiful condo with an incredible view. The host is very responsive and kind. We were lucky to have found this gem available when it was.

Perfect Stay, Especially for Shows at the Gorge

A friend and I stayed here while in town for a show at the Gorge. The driver over to the venue was all of ten minutes so it was wonderful. The hosts could not have been more accommodating - even going so far as to help me out when I had a flat tire! The house is equipped with everything you need, so I’m so thankful I lucked out with being able to stay here. Would absolutely stay again!

Hidden gem

Jeff and Trish amazing.....this beautiful place has a view of the River!!! In the Canyon (Rattlesnake Cove) Unbelievably easy to get to and just mins. From the Gorge Amphitheater...we will be back!!!

Truly a GORGEous stay; clean as a whistle, heaven on earth 🙏

I cannot say enough positive things about this VRBO. Jeff & Trish were kind & accommodating, hooking us up with a local shuttle to take us to/fro the Gorge months before we arrived. The place is even more beautiful than the pictures can showcase, and incredibly clean. With a freshly asphalted driveway and views prettier than a postcard! Full of plenty of towels, and a little can of bug spray under the sink saved us when we forgot to grab some on the drive in. Check in was seamless, and Jeff & Trish were open to having us show up early if we had wanted to—and were hanging with friends on the patio nearby and gave us a friendly welcome when we arrived ft. their cute pups. Everything you could ever want in the home, and walking distance from some truly gorgeous beaches on the Columbia. 11/20, will be returning again and again if they’ll have us 🙏

Luxury at Sunland

Let me first say that this unit is absolutely beautiful. Ceramic woodgrain tiled floors, huge marble waterfall island, black high-end appliances. It is located above a garage which gives you amazing views of the surrounding rocks and river. There is an amazing deck where you can sit outside and take in all in. We did experience one hiccup, the 83-inch TV decided to start to release itself from the fireplace mount at 7 am. Thankfully we were able to reach the owners and they had community contacts who came to the rescue before it fell. It was a bit of a bummer because it kind of took over the morning that we were looking forward to sleeping in and relaxing. The bathroom had many toiletries, which may be great for some, but with covid, it made me a bit nervous. Lastly, there were no mixing or salad bowls and it seems someone took off with their knife block which is very disappointing. (I don't understand why anyone would do such a thing.) Therefore we did have a bit of a challenge because I really enjoy cooking, especially on vacation. Overall, I would definitely come back, the Sunland neighborhood was such a beautiful surprise and lovely place to explore. Side note, it isn't listed as an amenity but there is a pool there however you are not able to use it as a renter, only the owners have access.

Great place to stay before/after a concert at the Gorge Amphitheater! About a 10 minute drive from the venue and was located in a nice community. Went for walks every day and everyone was so nice! I would absolutely stay here again. Owners were also very quick to respond priority to arriving, and very kind.

Chicks at the Gorge

Such a beautiful property, easy to find, easy access, beautiful layout and comfortable. Nicely air conditioned for the hot summer sun. Perfect location for quiet walks and enjoying the beautiful sunsets over the river from your deck. Unit contains everything you need, including ice machine in fridge to keep your drinks cold. Shuttle available right from your door to the Gorge. Host Trish was super friendly and helpful and shared their amazing peaches right from the tree. When the shuttle driver dropped us off, he said we were staying at the nicest VRBOin the community.

Breathtaking views

We came here to be close to The Gorge and the location was more than ideal. The neighborhood is very quaint and quiet with beautiful panoramic views. The house was very clean with updated appliances. My favorites thing was drinking coffee out on the patio in the morning with the most gorgeous sunrise. The pull out sofa bed was surprisingly very comfortable with a memory foam mattress. We had some setbacks with the wifi but Trish was very responsive. We 100% would love to stay there again =)
