Ideally located at the bottom of Madrid Avenue, this apartment will allow you to enjoy all the amenities on foot (blangery, tobacco, small grocery store...), while preserving yourself from the effervescence of the crowd and the city centre.
From home, you can still access the city centre and all its restaurants, cafes and shops in less than a ten minute walk.
The Festival Palace will be accessible in less than fifteen minutes and the historical district of Suquet in less than twenty.

Beyond these times arrivals are made only on key box.
All the key boxes are located in front of our premises, 85 avenue du Maréchal June in Cannes, and the keys will therefore have to be recovered at this address for all arrivals in keybox.
