Dear guests, we are pleased about your interest in our holiday property and would like to welcome you as our guests.

For their holiday in Laboe 2016, we have extensively rebuilt and renovated our holiday home.
The newly created 180sqm living space are divided as follows. A large living area with comfortable seating and flat screen TV with games console. A separate fully equipped kitchen with adjoining dining area, three bedrooms with double bed, a bedroom with two single beds, a small children's room with cot and changing room, two bathrooms one with bath, a handicapped just bathroom with walk-in shower. In the basement area is the sauna with relaxation area, table football and dartboard. A large terrace with seating, sun loungers, beach chairs and a large barbecue are at your disposal.
In the garden area is still a guest house that is equipped for 2 more people.
It has a kitchen with dining area, a combined sleeping area with a comfortable seating area (double sofa bed), TV, Interzugang (W-Lan), shower / WC
At our 4-star hotel, we place great value on comfort and a well-kept ambience.
The house is located in excellent location only 200m from the beach promenade and the kilometer-long Baltic Sea beach Laboes away. The fine sandy beach with shallow water zones offers children an ideal bathing paradise. Only a few steps to the Meerwasserhallenbad which you can use daily free. The magnificent view of the Kiel Fjord will inspire you during your holiday. The nearby yacht and fishing port Laboes serves as a starting point for the ferry boat to Kiel and for deep-sea fishing trips. In the garden we have created for you a cozy sitting area with barbecue area. You can safely store your bicycles with us. An on-site car park and a bicycle rental service are also available. We rent all year!

small hallway with wardrobe, TV and telephone, DSL Wlan, shower / WC. The Baltic Sea beach is 200m away.
