Measuring 50 m² and accommodating up to 2 guests, it is situated on the first floor (no lift). Thanks to its high ceilings and large windows, it is bathed in natural light. It comprises: an entrance hall, a lovely 30 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, a beautiful bedroom, a shower room (with shower) and a separate toilet. Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels); your bed will be made up on arrival. The flat has a portable air conditioner and a fan.
Please note that the communal areas will be undergoing refurbishment from 10 July for approximately three weeks. This will involve building work, potentially noise and tradespeople coming and going.

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 30 m² living room
- A fitted kitchen opening onto the living room, including: hob, fridge, Nespresso machine
- A bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190) and storage space
- A bathroom with a shower
- A separate toilet (please note that this room is quite small)

The flat is ideally situated in Toulouse, in a very pleasant neighbourhood, though it can be a little noisy at times due to its proximity to the hustle and bustle of the city centre. You’ll have easy access to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and the market…

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park near the flat (paid underground car park: Indigo, on Place du Capitole).

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful:
- Nearest metro station: Capitole (Line A), a 3-minute walk away
- Nearest railway station: Toulouse Matabiau (via the metro: two stops) – 10 mins
- Nearest airport: Toulouse Blagnac (via the airport shuttle: Jeanne d’Arc stop)
