In 20 minutes distance is the stop of the Usedom Baths Railway (UBB). In the annex there is a lockable storage room for bicycles. Washer and dryer are also available and can be used with tokens.

The apartment, about 60 square meters, is equipped for allergy sufferers, fully tiled and equipped with high-quality beech wood furniture. Non smoking. The large living room has a leather sofa, kitchenette and satellite TV, DVD player and VCR. Two bedrooms (2 x double bed) and two bathrooms with shower and WC (1 hair dryer and cosmetic mirror) and a balcony are also available. The 5-person dining area can be extended by a recessed center panel.
