Just walking through this area is also beautiful. On the glacial headland Odsherred you are in a UNESCO geopark. On it you will find along the Tumulus Road, with the barrows and burial mounds, witnesses from the Stone Age and Bronze Age.

On Odsherred there is also a nature school that will let you catch seafood, organize butterfly safaris and expeditions into the forest. Hovvig Nature Reserve, a renaturalized wetland, is home to a rich bird life. Grønnehaveskoven forest has a fitness trail, a beautiful dog forest, and the meadow Kongeengen is the source of the spring Thorskilde, which is said to have magical properties. Your children will also be thrilled by a visit to the Odsherred Fire Museum. Nearby, visit Sommerland Sjælland, galleries that are also typical of Odsherreds and Dragsholm Castle from the 13th century.
