Gorgeous, immaculate condo. View was fantastic. We enjoyed our stay immensely. Large bedrooms with comfy beds. Generously sized bathrooms. Lots of space to spread out. Kitchen is well stocked. Very close to Storyland but we may be back for a winter stay we liked it so much!

Great Family Ski Trip

We own several high-end properties globally, so we rarely rent, but this penthouse caught our eye—and it absolutely delivered. It is rare to find a rental that matches the finish quality of a primary residence, but this place does. The photos are nice, but the reality is far better: the scale of the massive kitchen island, the vaulted ceilings, and the direct views of the lifts are stunning in person.Kelly was a true professional—her communication was prompt, and her local dining suggestions were spot-on for our family. On a personal note, our kids were obsessed with the air hockey table, which was a nice touch. A flawless stay that fits right in with the caliber of properties we are used to.

Wonderful tournament weekend

My family and I stayed here during my oldest softball tournament. Communication with Kelly was wonderful. The condo is absolutely beautiful and the location was perfect. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful in Every Way!

Our stay at Kelly's beautiful condo was perfect from start to finish. The condo is tastefully furnished, spotless and spacious enough for our group of 7 to spread out. Kelly was a wonderful host, answering all of my questions and providing us with everything we needed to have an amazing mountain vacation. Not to mention the fabulous location which cannot be beat. We will absolutely be back for another stay!

The perfect getaway

Short and sweet… 5 Star! This property was perfectly located at the base of Cranmore mountain, perfectly maintained, beautifully decorated, warm and inviting. Took my family and parents and they haven’t stopped taking about since we’ve gotten home. Very friendly and great communication on all details and checkin regarding stay. I will be staying here again

10 out of 10 stay

This was a 10 out of 10 vacation stay! The condo was modern, very spacious and very clean - it is clear that a lot of attention and care had gone into designing this home. The location was also stunning at the foot of Cranmore mountain with amazing views. We were lucky enough to stay over New Years and the condo's balcony gave us the best seats in the house for the NYE firework display! Kelly was also a fantastic host - super responsive, engaged and helpful with our questions and also suggestions for our family of 5. We will definitely be back!

BEAUTIFUL!!!

Kelly's condo is amazing, the pictures do not do it justice. Aside from the tasteful aesthetic the location and proximity of the condo are unmatched. Her check-in instructions were very thorough and she was extremely responsive. At no point did I think to myself 'oh I wish they had ...." - everything you could possibly need/want can be found in the condo. We had a great time celebrating New Years Eve at this condo and cannot wait to come back. Thank you so much for letting us use your beautiful condo - it was perfect!

Absolute Perfection for Friends & Families

This home is truly MAGNIFICENT. It takes ski-in/ski-out to a whole new level. It's such a special location as it's literally at the base of the mountain amidst all of the action! The home was very beautifully and thoughtfully decorated and equipped with everything we needed - the pictures don't even do it justice! Kelly and her husband were super responsive and helpful with so many aspects (including helping us find babysitters and coming to the home within minutes to help us figure out the fireplace!). Being able to watch day and night skiing (and NYE fireworks!) directly from the deck was such a treat. We feel so grateful that we got to experience this exquisite home and truly couldn't imagine ever needing to stay elsewhere. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Last Minute Getaway

We had a fantastic stay at this condo and will definitely be back! Kelly was very responsive to all of our questions. The condo is huge and spacious and every last detail was perfection. Loved the wine cork guestbook and the postcards isn’t he bunk room. The kids loved the air hockey table and the balcony overlooking the mountain! My only suggestion would be to supply more towels. With 8 guests, we ended up having to do lots of towel laundry just to have enough towels for the pool AND showers. Next time, we will bring our own pool towels just to be safe! All in all, this rental was the cleanest and most beautiful we’ve ever stayed at. Thank you , Kelly, for being a fantastic hostess!

Yes, while bed linens and bath towels are provided, guests are required to bring their own pool towels, as noted in the guest info that is sent out prior to the stay. I can see how that piece is easily lost amongst all of the other information so I've added it to the property description on the listing as well. Spectacular property

This is truly a beautiful property. I have been renting in North Conway for over 15 years and this condo is exceptional. You will not find anything better in the area. It is very clean, beautify maintained with high end furnishings, in a fabulous location with easy access to Downtown North Conway. The owner has gone above and beyond to ensure you have everything you will need.

Beautiful condo with a view

We were pleasantly surprised by our stay. The condo had many nice touches both in design and amenities that made the stay easier. Very clean and host very responsive. Located at base of the mountain the view was fantastic. Highly recommend.

Beautiful, clean, stunning views, high end home

Our family of 4 had such an amazing week in this property. It is beautifully decorated, perfectly clean, with high end finishes and stunning views of the slopes and full sun in the mornings. The host left us very detailed check in instructions and was very attentive throughout our stay. She thought of everything we might need and we felt more "at home" than any other vacation rental. We will definitely be back to enjoy this home and the surrounding area in the spring and summer as well as another winter ski trip!
