Casa terra do pao - Apartment Margit, at the foot of the Pico-splendid sea view

The beautiful house is located at the foot of the Pico, Portugal's highest mountain (2351m) with direct sea views of the Atlantic Ocean. Because of this sea view, you can observe whales and dolphins from the house during their hike. This country house was built around 1900 and completely restored in 1998, renovated and modernized. Then it was grown and maintained again and again (last 2018)
They either have the option of having breakfast outside in front of the house or they walk a few steps and are in the patio. From there you have a direct view of the Atlantic and the unspoiled nature. It is also wonderful to sit on the terrace in the evening, to look at the Atlantic Ocean and prepare your barbecue on the large brick barbecue while watching whales and dolphins. Pure nature. The large landscaped lava garden (about 800m2) with palm trees, hibiscus, jasmine, bananas, oranges, lemons, limes, manderinen, cacti, succulents, azaleas, hydrangeas, etc. is a great place to relax (small pond made of brick lava stones with 2 goldfish too available)
The place is suitable as a starting point for island tours, to see the wild hydrangeas, the clean villages, the pastures with the happy cows, the blue or green crater lakes. The temperate climate, the pure clean air without exhaust gases provide relaxation of body and soul. The beautiful nature, is balm for the eyes and there are no poisonous or dangerous animals, just nice helpful residents.

You enter the apartment Margit above the porch and are located in the entrance area with a small seating area. To the right of them is the comfortably furnished kitchen with ceramic hob, extractor fan, refrigerator and about 3.50 m fitted kitchen in light wood on the longest wall. Straight on from the entrance you will see 3 big windows (sea view) on the left, which wonderfully guide the sunlight through the corridor. On the right side is the bedroom with double bed (2x2m) and superstructure in light wood. Back in the hall, they go into the comfortably furnished living area.
There is also the extraordinary stove (fireplace) .The living area is comfortable with a cozy sofa set + new sleep and chill mattress, and a mural wall made of mahogany + glass showcases equipped. Immediately after the living area you will find yourself in the comfortable bathroom, with a large walk-in shower and washing machine. Right is the terrace bedroom with franz.
