COTTONWOOD CANYON CONDO has all the comforts of home and more in this beautifully appointed 5 Bed / 5 Bath vacation townhouse. 5 queen beds, 1 full, 3 twin beds, and pullout couch and air mattress. Located 12-15 minutes from Alta, Snowbird, Solitude and Brighton ski areas. Perfect for ski vacations, family reunions or any large group outing to Salt Lake Valley and the Wasatch Mountains. Seating for as many as 12 in the Huge Kitchen with large island ...all new appliances and granite counters, hardwood floors.

Each bedroom is a 'suite' with queen bed its own tile and granite bath. Master suite has a jacuzzi tub for 2! There is a separate living room area with 70 in TV and cozy hearth/fireplace, and a sofa bed with inflatable Simmons mattress. Private hot tub and Weber BBQ grill on the oversize back deck.

Boot / glove dryer in basement.

The finished basement level has TV/Game room with XBOX and FOOSBALL as well as a twin over full bunk bed, day bed with trundle. 2 parking spots in driveway. There is an overflow parking lot available in the complex.

Located between the canyon roads which access above mentioned ski areas. Short walk to bus stop for shuttle to ski areas, if needed. Five blocks from a full service grocery store.
An easy 30 minute drive to Park City Mountain Resort, Deer Valley and The Canyons ski areas. Just 15 minutes to downtown Salt Lake City. Allow us to recommend great restaurants at all price points nearby.

We are an owner managed vacation rental and our focus is always on you and your complete satisfaction!

Family ski trip

The place is spacious, clean and everything that we possibly needed were there. The kitchen and dining area were great for family gatherings. Location to the ski slopes was superb!We had a great time and will definitely return in the future.

Perfect Cottonwood Canyon Base

We stayed at the property for a weekend of skiing at Alta/Snowbird and dining in the SLC area. The location was perfect for getting up to the mountain and the house had everything we needed from hot tub to well appointed kitchen. Highly recommend!

Good location for ski vacation

our group of 8 adults was happy with the location being close to key ski areas in the cottonwood canyons. The kitchen was adequate for our needs. There was limited parking space and the entrance is a bit icy in winter. Issues with the hot tub were quickly resolved. We will be considering this property for our annual visit to Salt Lake City

Perfect ski vaca house for 10 people.

5 bed/5bath large well stocked kitchen, plenty of room - nice beds. Owner was very responsive- we used washer/dryer, hot tub, boot dryer- all great. 20 min to airport, bus stop to ski resorts is across ftom neighborhood but we did not use it. House is close to trader joe’s, target, grocery. Cottonwood heights location made it easy to go between alta/snowbird and solitude/brighton. We saved a lot on lift tickets using visit salt lake superpass

An enjoyable property. Convenient to ski slopes and retail services. Would stay there again. We were lucky. They closed the ski slopes on our departure day. PS - the bedroom in the basement was not prepared on our arrival. Not a problem since one of our five cancelled at the last minute, but was noted.

Terrific stay with a group of friends for a long ski weekend. Great location right near the entrances to both Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons. Absolutely no complaints - the home was perfect and the rental process was handled competently and professionally.

Clean well-appointed townhome

We came to Utah for a ski vacation and found this property on VRBO. We found the location suited our needs perfectly as we did not want to stay up in the canyons so we could keep our options open in terms of where we wanted to ski any given day. We ended up skiing at Snowbird, Brighton and Deer Valley which were all easily accessible from this location. The space itself was large enough to accommodate our group of ten especially the kitchen area where we found ourselves socializing most evenings. Also, the kitchen itself was well equipped and the chefs in our group were impressed with the wide selection of accoutrements available to prepare the many gourmet meals we enjoyed during our stay. All in all, a great property and we would definitely stay here again.

This place is great - very roomy and clean! Boot heater system for numerous boots and gloves - Location is great - less than 15 minutes to Snowbird ski resort and 4 minutes to a grocery store and amenities. Hot tub is great at the end of the day

Comfortably cozy, spacious, and well maintained

The beautifully updated property easily accommodated our large group of avid skiers. With it's 5 bedrooms, 4 full baths, and extremely large kitchen with an oversized granite top island , we comfortably enjoyed gathering at for wine and spirits after an incredible day of skiing at our 2 favorite ski resorts, Alta and Snowbird, which are only 15 minutes away. The hot tub, along with more wine and spirits, helped soothe our sore muscles. Thank you Tom Olexa for an unforgettable stay!!

Best ever!

We've been coming out to Utah to ski for over 30 consecutive years, and this is the first place we want to return to again. It is better than pictured and described (not always the case, we have found in prior experiences). Our group of 9 appreciated the boot/glove dryers, the many bathrooms, the sunlit space, and the big common kitchen/dining space to hang out in. We never went out any evening as staying in was perfect (plus we were pooped from skiing and wilted after a glorious soak in the hot tub). Cooking for the group was easy with all the variety of pots, pans, appliances; and the stock that was in the pantry and 'spice' cabinet was much appreciated. It is nice that whoever cleans the unit between renters doesn't strip it bare. It is quiet, well situated, and comfortable for all. The owner was always quick to respond to questions as we approached our arrival. Definitely the place to stay for a large group. We would love to come back again next year.

The perfect place!

We have stayed here every winter for the last 5 years and wouldn't stay anywhere else! The kitchen is awesome and the hot tub is great after a long day of skiing. It has everything you need and is the perfect location for skiing either canyon.

Well... skiing,boarding,biking, hiking,cooking, and winning.

This is such a privilege to own this property. After skiing Boston Mills in Cleveland all our life (200 vertical ft.) this is an incredible place to enjoy great skiing and a great town.

We hope you will enjoy it also. We try to make it as close to home as possible. The hot-tub after a day of skiing is the best.

Inversion table for the post ski stretch.

Renting a car is the best way to go.

The condo location is perfect for the Salt Lake ski experience. Seated half way between big and little cottonwood canyons, 10-15 minutes to 4 resorts. Excellent grocery and restaurants within minutes.

TV in every room, premium cable (winter months). Wifi. 20% OFF SKI RENTAL

If you want to try the Park City, Canyons, or Deer Valley these are about 40 minutes around the next canyon. These areas have more of the classic ski town atmosphere. This area is a little more expensive and does not get as much snow.

You can also drive about 60 minutes and reach Powder Mountain and Snowbasin for another great adventure.
