Buena Vista cabin is in the coveted Cobbly Nob community in Gatlinburg. Besides being conveniently located between downtown Gatlinburg, Dollywood and Pigeon Forge, Cobbly Nob boasts several seasonal community pools (one heated) and amazing views. The community installed 3 new pickleball courts that will be available year-round (weather permitting). Usually views like this require harrowing drives miles into the mountain. Our cabin is just over 1/2 mile from East Parkway. Once you get to the cabin you can relax in one the guest rooms, play some pool, watch a movie, play video games or soak in the hot tub with great views. Cobbly Nob is located on the Bent Creek Golf course (public - pay for play) and is close to hiking trails, the Arts & Crafts community and all the wonders of the Great Smoky Mountains.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this cozy cabin in the mountains. The place was very clean, and the quiet area made it perfect for a relaxing getaway. The host was helpful and easy to communicate with, which made the check-in and overall experience smooth.We especially loved the hot tub ā€” it was the perfect way to end each day. The cabin is also fairly close to local attractions, so it was easy to explore the area while still enjoying a peaceful retreat.We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable mountain escape!

Great Trip!

Exactly as advertised! Great out of town location. Driving up the hill is a little intense, but the view from the back deck is worth it. Everything in the house worked well and plenty of room for our group of 9. Would stay again for sure.

Spring break.

Wonderful location with easy access to hiking, shopping, zip-lining and Dollywood just to name a few of the fun things to do in this area. The hosts were great with immediate feedback to all our questions. The views of the mountains were gorgeous off the porch. Very comfortable stay!

Great Place for Large Family

This was a great place to stay for our large family (8 adults, 3 kids). There were enough bedrooms and bathrooms that everyone had their own space when needed and a great open floor plan to all be together without being crowded. The hot tub, pool table, and theater room were a hit! Dave was quick and attentive with questions we had. Would recommend and stay again!

Stunning Mountain Retreat Family & Pet-Friendly Theater, Game Room & Wildlife Views!

We had an incredible time at this beautiful and spacious home nestled in the Tennessee mountains during our extended July 4th holiday. The house had everything we needed and more! We cooked family meals in the well-appointed kitchen, enjoyed movie nights in the private theater, and had a blast playing pool and arcade games.Every morning started with peaceful coffee on the large porch while watching wildlifeā€”highlighted by three separate black bear sightings! The location was perfect, close to golf, ATVing, and whitewater raftingā€”plenty of adventure nearby.The house itself is amazingā€”clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped. The hosts were super responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We made so many great memories here and canā€™t wait to come back!

Host was quick to respond to all questions and provide anything we needed! The cabin itself was large enough to accommodate our extended family of 12 from FL, GA, & SC. The pool table & game table were a hit along with the theatre room! The space heater was appreciated! We did not use the hot tub. We cooked all our meals but one and the kitchen was well stocked with enough dishes & silverware and included a crock pot we used for homemade hot chocolate! The refrig does not have an ice maker so we bought a bag of ice the first day. Our favorite feature would be the large dining room table, perfect for family meals! Also the porches with rocking chairs and the view! We loved the picnic table too, although it was too cold to enjoy meals outside during our visit. The furniture was clean and in excellent condition and all mattresses were comfortable! There were plenty of towels, sheets, pillows, & blankets. We would have liked a few kitchen towels & washcloths (we used bath towels) and a washable throw or two for the main living space. The main reason we selected the cabin was because it had two bedrooms on the main floor so our older guests didnā€™t have to go up & down stairs except upon arrival and when leaving, reducing the risk of falls. The community was well cared for and we weathered one stormy night with no issues. Highlights for us were a few scattered flurries one morning, watching the chipmunks & wildlife, & daily walks with our dog!!

Beautiful Mountain Home

Dave and Ashley were wonderful hosts and quick to answer any questions. The house is beautiful and the layout ensures lots of gathering places and activities for everyone. The kids loved the theater room and all 3 generaions got into a challenge of shooting pool. We saw a huge bear across the street just sitting in a neighbor's yard. We drove over in the car and he just sat and looked at us! A raccoon also came to visit a few nights. The hot tub was a big draw for our daughters and attractions were close enough so we ate all our meals at the house even though we visited Dollywood, Zorb, Hill Billy Golf, Antique shopping, mountain coaster and more. Highly recommend this beautiful vacation home.

Cozy Cabin Getaway!

We were seven strong this trip - all adults over the age of 18. One Senior Citizen. The cabin was as described.Kitchen was stocked fairly well - we had no issues cooking breakfast and a few dinners. Cabin has three floors so plenty of room to spread out and not be walking all over each other. Road are a little bit scary if you are not used to the mountains - nothing that can't be handled just go slow. We saw four bear - one minute they were not there the next they were. Did not realize bears were so quiet. So, honor the hosts instructions and lock up the trash. We took some to the area the host included in his instructions with no issues. The cabin is a about 45 minutes give or take from Gatlinburg proper and Dollywood. Arts and Crafts loop about 20 minutes. We were not watching the clock but the drives to all places was not bad. Overall, we had a great time and would rent again if we are in the area.

wonderful stay in Tennessee

we had a great time in Gatlinburg TN. The area is amazing. The house was wonderful for our large family gathering with 3 generations. A beautiful setting. The only thing of concern was the crazy drive drive up and down the "wall" to get in and out of the the house. After a few days it became second nature. Any issues were resolved immediately. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Great place! Great time!

We had a great time and I would recommend it to others and would definitely come back! However, the cleaning crew didnā€™t do a very good job, the hot tub was nasty, they had to come back and clean it the evening we checked in. They didnā€™t left any toiletries either and the cabin in general was not very clean, it wasnā€™t bad but for the price it should be spotless! On the other hand, the owner was quick to respond and took care of everything. They also checked on us during our stay!

We have been all over the United States and found no place that matches the beauty and entertainment options of the Smoky Mountains. We have a smaller home in the area and wanted the opportunity to host larger groups. When we travel, we usually have at least one additional family and this home has the space to comfortably accommodate 12-14 people. Even though you will enjoy amazing views this cabin has very easy access to East Parkway (only 1/2 mile).

Besides having 3 levels to spread out, two decks (one with private hot tub) to enjoy the view, a game room with pool table and Smart TV, this home is in the community of Cobbly Nob. Cobbly Nob has 2 seasonal pools to enjoy. Also, you are only about 20 minutes from the excitement or Pigeon Forge/Dolly wood and only about 10 minutes to downtown Gatlinburg. Ziplining, Rocky Top Sports, Trails and a million other attractions are literally minutes away.
