Villa Green is a modernly designed luxurious villa located in the city of Hvar,
the island of Hvar. Perfectly situated in a peaceful area, only 20 meters from the sea, it takes 15 minutes of a relaxing stroll to a historic Hvar city center. 494 square meters of the total surface of the villa is surrounded by a colorful garden.
Villa has an occupancy of 10 persons in total. Guests can be accommodated in 5 bedrooms each with en-suite bathroom, HD satellite system (Astra) LCD TV, fiber-optic Internet, Dual-band Wi-Fi indoor and outdoor, SONOS music
systems for public and outdoor areas as well as Hitachi central air conditioning
with individual room control. All of the rooms have balconies and a direct sea view.
Villa Manager is at the property, separated from guests, available for all questions and inquiries as well as concierge services.
Front Office is in the auxiliary building, directly by the entrance of Villa.
Outdoor space is enriched with several relaxing and dining areas: main terrace with table for 10 persons, lounge area, pool area with sunbeds and sun umbrellas, all overlooking Pakleni Islands.
