Accessible from the second floor via a private staircase to the third and top floor, this cocoon suspended among the rooftops offers a peaceful view bathed in natural light. As soon as you enter, you will be charmed by the soft and warm atmosphere of the place and the cozy decor.

The spacious and cozy living room welcomes you with a king-size double bed (180 cm) for comfortable nights. Two individual fold-out armchairs can be converted into chaise longues for reading, relaxing, or an impromptu rest. Here, every detail has been designed to create a soothing atmosphere, conducive to unwinding. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook like at home: stove, refrigerator, kettle, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, dishes... whether for a romantic dinner or breakfast in bed, everything is at your fingertips.

When it comes to well-being, the whirlpool bath for two becomes your sanctuary of relaxation. In the modern and intimate bathroom, you will also enjoy an elegant vanity unit, a walk-in shower perfect for starting the day gently, and a toilet.

Ideally located on Rue Orbe, one of the most charming and authentic streets in the city center, the apartment is just a few minutes' walk from Rouen Cathedral, museums, small shops, lively restaurants, and medieval streets that give the city its unique charm. Whether for a romantic weekend, a getaway with friends, or an elegant city break, Évasion 4 offers the perfect balance of privacy, comfort, and discovery in a bright setting perched at the top of Rouen. Check-in is independent for greater flexibility and discretion. For your security, a camera has been installed in the common areas.

There is no private parking available with the accommodation. However, you can park your vehicle in the streets surrounding the accommodation according to the city's parking rates. The accommodation is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, available 7 days a week from 10:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. We thank you for taking care of the accommodation and respecting the premises and the neighborhood. To this end, you will be asked to provide a bank card imprint via a secure link in order to finalize your reservation and obtain the access codes to the accommodation.

Rue d'Orbe in Rouen is located in a historic and lively part of the city, close to the city center and many points of interest. The neighborhood around Rue d'Orbe is ideally located for exploring Rouen on foot. You are just a few minutes' walk from the famous Notre-Dame Cathedral of Rouen, the Place du Vieux-Marché (where Joan of Arc was burned), and the charming cobbled streets of the historic center.

Rouen is known for its medieval heritage and half-timbered facades. The Rue d'Orbe neighborhood exudes history with its old buildings, cobblestone streets, and authentic atmosphere that perfectly reflects Norman charm.

The neighborhood is full of shops, artisan bakeries, cafés, and restaurants offering local and international cuisine. The Marché des Emmurées is not far away, offering fresh produce several days a week.

The TEOR (Transport Est-Ouest Rouennais) network connects different parts of the city. The main lines (T1, T2, T3) pass close to the city center, just a few minutes' walk from Rue d'Orbe. Nearest station: The Théâtre des Arts station is about a 10-minute walk from Rue d'Orbe.

Rouen has an extensive bus network operated by Astuce, which covers the entire city and metropolitan area. Several bus lines pass near Rue d'Orbe, making it easy to travel quickly to other neighborhoods. Nearby bus lines: Among the most accessible lines from Rue d'Orbe are lines F1, F2, F7, 5, and 11, which serve the main destinations in the city. These buses also provide access to the outskirts of Rouen and other residential and university neighborhoods.

Rouen Rive Droite train station is located about a 15-20 minute walk from Rue d'Orbe. This is the city's main train station and offers connections to Paris (about a 1 hour 20 minute train ride), Le Havre, Caen, and other cities in Normandy. If you are planning trips outside of Rouen, the proximity of the train station is a significant advantage.

Arrivals are flexible for greater convenience. Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. and check-out is by 11:00 a.m. at the latest.

Accommodation is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, available 7 days a week (from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.). In the house, all our guests receive linen, essential items for the first day (shampoo, shower gel, hand gel, toilet paper, etc.) as well as a large towel per person, tea towels and a bath mat per bathroom. A welcome kit with kitchen trash bags, bathroom trash bags, a sponge, and dishwashing liquid is provided free of charge upon arrival for the duration of your stay.

We are committed to providing a pleasant experience, however, please note that we are not a hotel service. Mid-stay cleaning, linen/towel change, replenishment of essential items, or delivery can be arranged on request at an additional cost. When you confirm your stay, you will receive the ArchiDuchesse tourist booklet, our tips with promotional codes for our selected partners, and the arrival instructions for your accommodation.

Please remember that parties are strictly prohibited (€250 will be deducted from the deposit), the property is non-smoking (€50 will be deducted from the deposit), pets are not allowed (€50 will be deducted from the deposit) unless requested and agreed in advance by us, and any loss, theft, or damage will be charged at the actual replacement value.
