Welcome to Blue Aspen Back Basin! This multi-level home is perfect for a family getaway and is located close to the Angel Fire Resort! There is a beautiful deck on three sides for entertaining and for taking in the amazing Wheeler Peak View! With an open floor plan and guest bedrooms on the lower and mid-levels, it's perfect for spending time with loved ones. The lower level has two bedrooms; one with a double bed and the other with two double over double bunk beds. On the middle level, there are an additional two bedrooms, each with a queen bed. The primary suite, located on the upper level, has a king bed and a separate walk-out balcony to enjoy the spectacular views! The kitchen (on the middle floor) is spacious with black appliances and granite countertops. It has large windows and easy access to the deck for entertaining or taking in the mountain scenery. The living room/dining room has a kiva fireplace and large panoramic windows bringing the outside view in, regardless of the weather. *4WD/AWD Required in the Winter Months*

A 4WD or AWD vehicle is highly recommended. Resort Properties of Angel Fire cannot be responsible for guests' inability to reach the booked property due to the lack of a 4WD/AWD vehicle.

Great Service
The property was better than advertised and the management company was top notch. The check in/out process was easy. David and his management team also helped us with a couple of personal issues that we had during the stay that were unrelated to the property itself. Very impressed with the management and the property.

The Owners rented out the cabin!
We never even got to experience this home. We booked this trip over a month in advance. We were informed by the property management company the morning we were supposed to check in that the owners rented out the home to someone else on their own. We had already started our road trip to Angel Fire with 3 other families. Thankfully the company managing the home found us somewhere else to stay. It was incredible stressful to figure this out while traveling. Super unprofessional on this home owner. I want others to know this happened so maybe they will think twice before renting this home, it could happen to you!
