A luxury Townhouse in the desert, situated in the beautiful Coral Canyon Town Center, this resort-like townhome is ideal for a relaxing vacation. family reunion or a Southern Utah exploration getaway. Coral Canyon will welcome you home to a gorgeous red rock view, a hot tub on the balcony, and a community pool.

The Space:
This magnificent townhome has space for 12 guests, with 4 bedrooms and bathrooms. It is also ideally located close to several National Parks and Recreation Areas, always just a short distance away as you keep exploring and visiting the sights around Southern Utah and its natural beauties.

Spacious and Full of Comforts

There are several inviting areas throughout the townhome that are great to plan a gathering with friends, family, or guests. Aside from that, there's a hot tub on the deck, an outdoor pool, and it is located just minutes away from the Coral Canyon Golf Course, so there's a lot to enjoy by just staying there!

Fully Equipped for Guests

The home features 3 bedrooms with a king-size bed and a private bathroom and a fourth bedroom that includes 2 bunk beds (2 twins over 2 full mattresses). There's a large kitchen with an island, a big dining room table, a BBQ grill, Keurig, and more. This unit also features various smart TVs for entertainment and includes a Roku connection for your phones and tablets. All of these things make sure the place is family-friendly and peaceful all year long.

There are several inviting areas throughout the townhome to gather with friends, family, and guests.

3 bedrooms, each with a king size bed and private bathroom. The fourth bedroom includes 2 twin over full bunk beds, large kitchen with island, big dining room table, BBQ grill, Keurig and more.

The unit features various smart TVs for entertainment and includes a Roku connection for your phones and tablets.

Great place...Great location...Great Time!!!

The unit was very nice, very clean and fit what we needed with bathrooms in every king sized room. It was right next to the complex pool and hot tub. Gary was super to work with. Will come again!!!

It was clean and had plenty of space. The air conditioner was not allowed to go lower than 72 degrees. When it’s over 100 degrees outside it was a little too hot with the whole family in the condo. However it is a nice place and would recommend.

Perfect townhouse for our group

Went on a golf trip and this place was fantastic. Played golf, came back and enjoyed the hot tub on the upper deck. Beds we’re comfortable. Townhouse super clean.

Not what I expected

Been staying in St George for 10+ years. Decided to try a different location. The location is great. Just off the interstate. Townhouse was very hard to find because we had 3 different addresses between the app, email confirmation and text I recieved. Do not click on the map icon in the listing it takes you to a dirt hill. Tried to contact host multiple times with zero responses. Beds hard so if you prefer soft this is not your place! Sheets scratchy & had holes. You could tell they tried to touch up the paint through out the home but used the wrong colors. Nice home just needs some better cleaning. Dont know if they ran out of time but the showers were not clean, still had rings from shampoo and body wash bottles on shelves & they do not provide any body wash and MINI shampoo & conditioner, just a heads up. Hair & dust. Carpets looked spot vacuumed but still food and dirty. Private hottub was not clean so only used it once. The public pool and hottub were great.

Great location when visiting zion

Awesome location if you are wanting to stay outside of zion, but close enough to make daily trips. Also very close to St. George. I enjoyed the rooftop seating area. A few items felt a little bit on the cheaper side (toiletries, towels, sheets). Also, make sure to bring your own coffee!

Everything we were looking for!

What a fantastic home! Our main goal to stay at a home like this was to be able to utilize every amenity it had and we did. The pool was the highlight of the home. The kids were in it non stop. The outside area around the pool was spacious and clean. The pool table and ping pong table were also utilized. The house itself was spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable. There’s a patio up on the roof that was lovely to sit on and enjoy the sunset and sunrise. The kitchen and dining room area were very accommodating for our group. Loved the amount of parking. This was a plus. You do not find homes like this with very much parking. We will be staying again!

BEST AIRBNB IN SAINT GEORGE

I loved staying at the Suite Spot Getaway. The house is clean, beautiful, and so spacious. Unlike other Airbnbs, the beds are AMAZING. Every single bed in that house is soo comfortable. Everyone in our group had a great night's sleep. The location is perfect. It is close to everything that you will want to see and explore while you are in Saint George. Stop looking and book this place, you will not regret it.

Perfect Stay

I was really pleased with this townhome. It is right off the freeway and provided easy access for going all over the place. When we were there, we were attending the Parade of Homes so the location was perfect. We also did some razor rides at Sand Hollow which was super close as well. The house was just awesome. We loved the decor! The games room was fun with shuffleboard and pool. The family room downstairs was awesome for a get-together. Everyone in our group was very comfortable in that space. I love how the dining table was put together, we were able to separate one section and move things around for a game we wanted to play. It worked really well! We didn't get around to playing ping pong in the garage but we wish but that was a lot of fun to see that there. Even with that in the garage, I could park in the other side of the garage easily. The pool was fun and the hot tub made for a nice relaxing end to the nights that we used it. All in all, I was really impressed with the space and I will be back!

Wonderful place to stay in St. George!

This is such a great place to stay when visiting St. George! It is close to the freeway, close to shopping, and close to Sand Hallow. There is great parking for trailers and extra vehicles. We drove our Tesla down, and they have a Tesla charger right in the garage…huge plus for us! We loved how each room had its own bathroom, and our little ones loved the pool and all the games in the game room! We will definitely stay again! A+++ place to stay, we highly recommend staying at the “Suit Spot”!

Clean, bright and darling!

This space is so darling! Each room has the cutest theme and has been styled so well. The entire place is so clean and bright with all the windows. It's also very well stocked with plenty of dishes and pots and pans and basics which I really appreciate. Love that there are plenty of bathrooms and room for seating in the main spaces. Love that the garage is available to use and that the trailer parking is close. Great to have a pool and hot tub! Love that's it's close to the freeway! Would absolutely stay here again and have already recommended it to friends. Thank you!

Great place to stay and vacation!

This home is beautiful, with a ton of beds to sleep a big group! Lots of fun activities to do at the house…pool, hot tub, billiards, shuffle board, etc…great location right off of I-15 and super close to Sand Hallow. The best part is all the parking for extra cars and trailers. It's rare to find a location that offers this great of trailer parking. Tesla charger in the garage as well. Amazing stay, we will be back for sure!

Awesome experience!

We absolutely loved our stay! The home is very well appointed with extremely comfortable beds, TVs in every room, and a wonderful game room the kids loved with a pool table and shuffle board. The host was very accommodating to our needs. Tons of parking for trailers. The pool and hot tub were awesome after a long day of riding in the sand dunes. From this home you can access Zion's national park, Sand Hollow State park, and all of the wonderful Mountain biking, side by side areas, hiking, and other recreation. It was great to not have to drive very far.

Accommodations for you, All your Family, and Your Toys

I've stayed in places that had ample room to lots of people, but you darn near needed to take an Uber to get there because of limited space: I've stayed in places that had lots of parking, but ghetto living conditions. This spot has AMPLEL places to park your vehicles and toy rigs, AND plenty of beds and open floor space to accommodate large families with well-equipped kitchen and living area. Best part, stick the kids upstairs and let them play pool, or watch TV whilst adults enjoy the downstairs area. Nice hot tub and pool to unwind is the cherry on top.

Will definitely be back!

Amazing house with an ideal location. Perfectly between sand hollow and downtown St. George, and quickly off the freeway. I loved the space, there was an area to hang out both upstairs and downstairs so everyone didn't feel confined to one main room - but could also fit in the main room and kitchen easily when gathering. My kids LOVED the pool and hot tub and I loved all the outdoor seating to choose between joining them and watching comfortable. Will definitely be booking again!

Such a fun place

The house was clean and finished so well! It made traveling with our little group so much more fun. There was plenty of room to sleep but also plenty of things for the kids to do, which just added to the ease of our trip. The home is in the perfect location with tons to do nearby and right by the freeway! The hot tub and pool were really nice and all of the equipment is brand new, so it worked perfectly! We will be back for sure!

Amazing Place

Very nice place! Near golf, shopping, sand hollow, and trails. The property has all kinds of games and has EVERYTHING you would need in a rental. Internet in blazing fast, pool was amazing as the hot tub. Will stay there again
