Welcome to this beautiful house completely renovated, located at the end of a dead end, quiet, with easy parking. Only 400 meters from the beach, it offers a peaceful setting, close to a nature reserve home to many species of birds and 6 km from the Castro Marim golf course.

The house has all modern comforts: air conditioning upstairs, microwave, kettle and electric coffee maker. It opens onto a spacious living room with open kitchen, a large bedroom on the first floor, a bathroom and a separate toilet. A second bedroom on the mezzanine is accessible by a staircase (note: access is not recommended for young children and people with reduced mobility due to the high ceilings and steps). The sofa in the living room can also be transformed into a double bed.

Outside, enjoy a private courtyard with barbecue, ideal for your outdoor dining.
