Microwave glass pop corn popper for THE best popcorn.Couple ice chests & folding chairs. Propane WEBER deluxe bbq & patio heater,but gas is NOT guaranteed-nearby gas station has trade out replacement bottles, but we do not reimburse. PLEASE NOTE:Two story house with ALL 4 BEDROOMS UPSTAIRS. All have privacy door locks.The automatic front porch light & hand rail. Sturdy safety grab rails all toilets & showers. Doorbell has camera & monitor.We are set up for a TOTAL OF ONLY 8 guests over 2 years of age. There is a Holiday Inn Express is 3 blocks away to accommodate unplanned for extras. Be aware there is a disincentive fee/penalty of $100/extra guest(s)/day. Please respect our space and our friendly neighbors nearby, who are made aware of our every guests' booking. And we have a city business permit & pay into the city a 13% occupancy tax rate each quarter.
