Marble waterfall island in kitchen with convection oven, induction stovetop, microwave, dishwasher and large fridge ensures you can whip up gourmet meals in the comfort of your own home. Massive patio overlooking the ocean offers multiple seating / dining options. King-sized bed with dual controls and tempurpedic mattress guarantees you a good night's sleep. Bathroom features double vanity sinks and rain-head shower with jets. Sleeps 2 adults (with the option for 2 more in an adjacent one bedroom unit with ensuite bathroom for an additional cost).

More and more travelers are learning about RoatĆ”n - the hidden gem of the Caribbean. The airport offers direct flights from the U.S. and Canada on American, Delta, United, Sun Country Airline, Westjet, Sunwing and more. Many other international carriers also serve the airport and visitors arrive on the ferries from the mainland or the neighboring island of ƚtila. BUT all these tourists want ONE thing on this 37 mile long island - to go to West Bay Beach - and you are already in the center! You can stroll along the beach and visit other nearby resorts, explore their restaurants and bars - or jump into the resort's water taxi for the quick 10 min ride over to West End where you'll find even more things to do and see.

Parking is available at the resort, but a rental car is really not necessary. We use a local driver/guide who can meet you inside the airport, load your bags, stop at the grocery / liquor store for you to stock up, for a fee (total/not per person). Let us know if you would like this option which we HIGHLY RECOMMEND. ) (this is a private service and you pay the driver directly)

The Infinity Bay water taxi motor launch (boat) at the private dock can run you to West End (10 minutes) for shopping, restaurants, several small grocery stores, sightseeing and activities - and will return to pick you up whenever you would like. There are also other water taxis available on the beach that will take you many places, or the front desk can call a regular taxi/van to take you anywhere on the island (large grocery store in Coxen Hole for ~$25, day long island tour for ~$100, etc.) Many tour operators (zip lines, etc.) also pickup right at the front lobby of the resort.

We spent 2 weeks in this condo and it was fabulous. The views, amenities and location were perfect. The resort is very nicely landscaped and kept tidy all the time. The pools are lovely and the beach is as well. All the staff were friendly and accommodating. The owner of the condo was great to work with and answered all my questions promptly. The unit is nicely updated and had everything we needed, daily housekeeping was nice to have. We spent a lot of time on the spacious balcony enjoying the surroundings. Would definitely recommend this condo.

Beautiful property. Best view in the resort. The condo has so many amenities that arenā€™t even listed. We loved the dual sided adjustable mattress. Although the bed is a little high to climb into and Iā€™m 5ā€™8. Great WiFi. Two smart tvs. The breakfast is great and nice that it is included. You have an option to do the full all inclusive which Iā€™m glad we didnā€™t do because the resort only has one other restaurant for lunch and dinner. We were very pleased with our whole experience. Condo is lovely. And that patio is where we spent all our time.... when not on the beach that was steps away. So easy to walk to everything restaurants and market. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed at this condo for seven days, and it was absolutely stunning. Each morning began with the breathtaking view of the ocean, and every evening ended with a spectacular sunset. Located on the second floor and right on the beach, the condo offered the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway.One of our favorite parts was the convenienceā€”just a short walk downstairs put us right on the sand or at the La Palapa Bar & Grill, where we enjoyed delicious food just as much as we did during our previous visit. Bruce, the host, responded to our questions promptly and was always quick to assist. This was our second time staying at Infinity Bay, and without a doubt, weā€™ll be back next year.

This is the second time we have stayed at this property, and we absolutely love it! The unit has everything you could possibly need to make the most out of your stay. New A/C units had been installed since we had been there last year, and they really kept the place comfortable. It is definitely the best unit in the complex and has an amazing view...not to mention the ability to snorkel right from the beach, which we did almost every day. Bruce is an excellent host and very responsive. He also has a smaller unit right next door that can be reserved, which we did for a family member the last week of our stay (see separate review under that listing). We will definitely be back!

Infinity Bay is a premier property and this condo is amazing. It overlooks the water and has been updated to include any amenity you might want. It is close to entertainment and restaurants but it is also great if you just want hang out and enjoy the view!

Beautiful condo & amazing location!

Bruceā€™s condo was fabulous!! Beautifully updated, fully equipped and the views/location in the complex canā€™t be beat! Second floor, beach front!!! Right on the beach, but quiet and private. The balcony is massive and perfect for relaxing and drying dive gear. Truly one of the best units in the entire complex!

The condo is perfectly located beach front and is well- equipped with dishes, utensils etc. The condo was fairly clean but when I got any water on the floor from coming in from the pool and dried it off, dirt was on the rags and paper towels. The stove is Induction which I was not familiar with and asked the owner where to find a manual for it and for the various devices like perhaps air cleaners and Bluetooth speakers attached to the walls, they told me that no instructions were available and to just "match the pots with the burners" but that was not a smooth process. I never found any instruction for the other electronic devices and a few times the speakers went on by themselves so I unplugged them. I asked about where the washer dryer was located as listed in the property amenities and was told there would be an extra charge for that which is not indicated in the description. When the sliding door to the veranda from the bedroom was closed, with AC on there was an odor of moisture in the bedroom but I had no idea how to use any air cleaner or whatever device was sitting in there. Then on the 2nd day of my trip I asked if I could rent one extra night and was charged for that extra night but on the 4th day of my stay I advised that I would not need the extra night. I requested a refund and did not get a clear answer after repeatedly asking until finally the owner just said "See Cancellation Policy" which I could not easily find on the site. Extremely frustrating.

Wow!! Bruce - the owner thought of every detail for his place!! The bed is so comfortable and the deck have two great chairs that swing!! Exceeded expectations!! Lovely place! Bruce communicated super well, answering all our questions. Amazing Updated beach front Condo

This was our 6th stay at Infinity Bay in a ocean front condo. This condo was recently updated and as comfortable as home. Fully stocked kitchen with any item you might need. The new refrigerator provided filtered water as well as multiple kinds of ice. It was wonderful to wake each morning in a comfortable bed with a view of the ocean. The patio has multiple types of furniture to fit any need. The owner was always quick to respond, answered all questions and provided local recommendations. He made every aspect of staying in his condo pleasant. I look forward to staying in this condo again soon!

Incredible Place

This place is incredible. The condo is right on the beach, perfect for relaxing and reading a book. The condo itself is really nice!! The teak flooring is an added bonus. Bruce did a great job remodeling the unit. We really enjoyed our stay at Infinity Bay. Even had dinner with Bruce (Great guy!). The only two real "issues" and they were minor was the AC was not that strong in the bedroom, (Fan was great!) and in the morning there would be the kitchen smells from below (not an issue really, just every once and awhile) Overall, an incredible birthday stay! If you rent this place, as Bruce for his driver Jorge. Absolutely one of the nicest folks in the world.

Ocean / Sunset View

This unit is definitly one of the nicest, if not the best, location at Infinity Bay. 2nd Floor overlooking the ocean through the Palm trees. The oversized patio is amazing. My wife did not want to leave the patio (except for a quick dip in the pool) and that's only 50 steps away. High end finishes throughout the condo. I've stayed at another unit here that was excellent but this would be my first choice because of the ocean views. While it doesn't overlook the pool, the location actually provides a little more privacy when the noise gets loud down by the pool because you're not right on top of it. Excellent unit and great communication with the owner. Looking forward to staying here again!

Issues

Overall the condo was beautiful with a beautiful view. However when we got into the room there was still trash left behind in the room. The bathroom had and empty hand sanitizer bottle and in one of the medicine cabinets there was a used strip of surgical tape and an open pack of nose swabs that looked to have been there a while. The inside front door handle was lose but they did come fix that on our last day. The AC did not work well in the bedroom, you could barely feel any air coming out.

Awesome Vacation

One of the best units at Infinity Bay. We have stayed at Infinity Bay 3 times, and this was the nicest, most upscale unit we have stayed in. The whole unit was well appointed and had many nice touches. Each side of the bed had itā€™s own remote control unit, allowing you to prop up and get a good view of the palms trees and water out the balcony each morning. The balcony itself was massive with great views. It was about the size of small hotel room by itself. All kinds of seating and loungers were available, including two hanging chairs that my family loved. There were multiple ceiling fans on the balcony in case you lost the breeze, but we didnā€™t need them on our trip. The kitchen was fully furnished with just about everything you could need. The unit comes with its own dedicated Wi-Fi which was much faster than the general guest Wi-Fi that the hotel uses. The hotel itself is at the prime location on West Bay Beach, with great snorkeling at the reef just 30 yards or so offshore. I think we must have saw at least 15 different kinds of tropical fish and one ray. We do love how the pool, bar, and restaurant are all right there on the beach. There are about a dozen or so restaurants in walking distance lining the beach, or you can catch a water taxi right in front of the hotel to go into town (West End) for even more dining options, shopping, and night life We had a great time, and nobody wanted to leave. If we won the lottery, we would spend many weeks a year here.
