The living room and both bedrooms have flat screen TVs and there is free WIFI for those that want to “stay connected.” There is a washer and dryer conveniently located in the unit for guest use.

* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 on holiday weekends.
* This condo is on the 6th floor. Golden Sands is an elevator building.
* The outdoor pool is open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend. The indoor pool is open year-round.
