This premier luxury condo is located directly on Dickson Street, one block east of the main entrance to the University of Arkansas and one block west of the Walton Arts Center! (WAC) It is within easy walking distance to the major sporting events, WAC performances, and the numerous dining and entertainment establishments on Historic Dickson Street! The address is 609 W. Dickson street. Condo # 501.

This condo is a prime location and the views are absolutely breathtaking! If you love people-watching, this is the perfect location for you. You can look up and down Dickson Street and see people sitting on patios, taking walks or bike rides, and hurrying up the steps to the latest WAC production.

This 5-star corner unit features immediate access to numerous exceptional restaurants including Doe's, Theos, Grubs, Bordinos, and many others! You can walk to many bars including The Tin Roof, George's Majestic Lounge,Ferrell’s Lounge, Shotz, Brewski's, and other local favorites.

There is a beautiful view of Old Main from the master bedroom as well as the balcony. There are numerous eclectic, small shops on Dickson for your shopping pleasure as well as a grocery store (Blackboard Grocery and Eatery) right across the street. The Northwest Arkansas Mall is a few miles north and many movie theaters are nearby.

This is a perfect spot to enjoy the regional area as well. Incredible Crystal Bridges Museum (a must see), Eureka Springs, Devil's Den Park, Blanchard's Springs Caverns, Branson and many area lakes are a short drive away.

'The Dickson' condo is a corner North Unit on the 5th floor. The condo has ten-foot ceilings and large windows in the living room and bedrooms that provide excellent views of Dickson Street, Old Main, and the Boston Mountains.

There are two private parking spots included in the garage in the back of the building.

There is a queen bed in the master bedroom and a queen plus a twin in the second bedroom.

Dickson 5th floor condo

We really enjoyed our stay and location. It was very convenient to the university and Dickson street. We were able to walk to the graduation ceremony with no hasle of the traffic or parking. The condo was very clean and spacious. Excellent place to stay. Would stay there again!

We had a great Father & Son weekend and enjoyed our stay while watching the UCI Cycle Cross World Championship races. Beds were great, condo was well stocked & supplied with all the basics. We had everything we needed and check in was so easy & convenient. We would stay again in a heartbeat.

Great view, great location

We rented this location to move my daughter home after graduation. It was an excellent property with luxury extras in the condo. The view over Dickson was spectacular - and even in July we were able to sit on the balcony and have a glass of wine in the evening.

Parent weekend

We had an amazing time! This property is gorgeous, clean and feels like you’re home. The location could not have been any better. We walked everywhere. We never needed our car easy to run back to the condo If we forgot something. I highly recommend staying here when you have a chance.

Best location!

Great condo in the heart of Fayetteville. We stayed here for graduation weekend and it was so nice to be able to walk everywhere. Loved having two parking spots as well. Condo very nice and clean. Even though right on Dickson, condo was very sound proof. And sitting on the deck overlooking Dickson was fun!

Great location, great condo

Everything was wonderful about this condo. The building was secure, having 2 parking spots was key for Dickson Street. Everything was walking distance - restaurants, bars, Razorback Stadium. The condo was new and clean and well-stocked. The owners were great and in communication during our stay. Would definitely come back again!

Amazing Condo!

Stayed here over Memorial Day weekend. Perfect location, right on Dickson St (the heart of happenin' Fayetteville) and just a block from U of A campus. Lots of restaurants/bars within walking distance. Condo building new and very secure. Condo itself very luxuriously appointed! John was a pleasure to work with in booking this. Highly recommended if you're going to Fayetteville!

Great condo!

My husband and two small children stayed at this condo over 4th of July and had a wonderful visit! The condo was in walking distance to everything Fayetteville has to offer. It was so refreshing to load the kids up in the stroller and walk everywhere - to the farmers market, Wilson park, restaurants, library, etc. The condo can be loud at night but the owners provided really great noise machines and both my kids slept fine. Washer and dryer was a plus with small children. Only thing I wished it had was a dining room table but that is very specific to our family. It was a great place and we will be back.

Perfect Location and Wonderful Condo!

I brought my wife, two small children and my baby-sitter for a three day weekend. This is a great location! We could take the kids out to eat at the many places on Dickson, and if they got rowdy we could send them up to the condo with the baby-sitter. There is no need to drive. You can walk to anything. The condo was very spacious, so there was plenty of room to spread out. The porcess dealing with the owner was great, so I will want to stay again when I am in town. That is, if I don't buy in the building myself. Again, this is the best spot on Dickson.

Elegant Condo

This condo was the perfect location for our weekend 2016 UARK Graduation celebration. Central location, secure building, 2 free covered parking spots, walking distance to the restaurants and a great view of the fun on Dickson Street from the 5th floor corner balcony. Family of 3 plus 2 grandparents with mobility issues were easily accommodated in this beautifully decorated home with just the right amount of Razorback swag! Everything we needed was provided by the attentive owner, we just brought the food and beverages for our family gathering. The owner responded quickly to our reservation inquiry, followed up with detailed rental information and checked with us via text that all was OK upon our arrival in Fayetteville. Hope to stay again soon and so do our friends! Just a perfect weekend ...and the 2016 Graduate has a job!

Perfect location

Excellent condo. Enjoyed a weekend stay with another couple. Incredibly convenient to the stadium, school, and the square. Parked the car and never used it again except to go home. Beautifully furnished condo with a nice balcony. Easy in and out access. Very attentive owner who checked on us, which I appreciated. Would definitely stay there again!

Best place in Fayetteville!

This condominium is our preference when visiting Fayetteville. The location is prime! It's always clean and comfortable. The owners are exceptional, providing all the information we need and making sure we are satisfied. We are thrilled they are willing to share this beautiful home.

Best location on Dickson!

What a place. Best views. Clean, lots of space, felt like home. Parking spaces were a bonus. It was the meeting place for the other parents and graduates before they hit the town. Those with younger students wanted the info so they could book in the future. If you want the best VRBO in Fayetteville you better book early.

We enjoyed this property for a short weekend visiting our son at the UofA. Great location to see the campus and enjoy Dickinson Street attractions. The owner was very accommodating and provides suggestions on where to go for food and drink near the condo. Would definitely rent again.

This condo is the perfect location for its convenience and view of downtown and the stunning Boston Mountains. The Dickson Street area is full of fun and entertainment! It is also one block to the University of Arkansas campus, the Walton Arts Center, as well as a fabulous bike trail that can take you all the way to Bentonville. Regional areas to travel are unlimited including Eureka Springs, the Ozarks, Branson, Blanchard Springs, and many lakes and rivers. It is simply a fabulous area for a vacation or just enjoying life.

Wilson Park is also within walking distance and includes a tennis court, basketball goals, playgrounds and more. This area provides lots of fun and excitement!
