LIVING AREA
We’re always taking advantage of our enviable view, and Flamingo villa’s living area is no exception, with large windows and full length doors opening onto the spacious patios that invite the sunshine into this comfortable lounge. As with the rest of the villa, the living area is decorated in fresh, bright colours complete with cable television, cozy seating and stylish furnishings.

KITCHEN AND DINING AREA
Along with a fully equipped kitchen to meet every culinary need, the dinning area in Flamingo villa seats up to eight guests and is situated on the covered patio area for the most charming al fresco dinning experience.

BEDROOMS
The primary bedroom with a king-size bed, ensuite bathroom and private patio, is located on the upper level and boasts the most spectacular view of the property.

The main floor bedroom has two double beds, en-suite bathroom and a private patio

A new cottage has been added and boasts a master suite with a king sized bed, ensuite bathroom and kitchnette, located on the ground floor overlooking the infinity pool and upgraded deck area.

On the lower level of Flamingo Villa there is a cozy self-contained one bedroom suite with a king size bed, en-suite bathroom and private patio.

The Main villa’s new extended deck and splash pool enhance an already impressive outdoor setting. Guests can enjoy the pool, shaded gazebo, sun loungers, a Barbecue grill and multiple terrace spaces designed for relaxation and entertaining, with stunning sunset views and the crystal-clear waters of Princess Margaret Beach only a short walk away, Flamingo Villa is an idyllic and romantic Caribbean hideaway.

Our host, Nina was outstanding. She was attentive, friendly, proactive and accommodating. She, along with her team Carnina, Vanal and Devon met us when we arrived. Nina had prearranged our taxi to and from the ferry for check in and check out. She had food delivered to the villa for our arrival. She is so well connected on the island that she was constantly parting seas to accommodate requests. Her team was equally amazing and always ensured our villa was well kept and clean. The villa itself was exactly like the pictures described. Well spread out giving multiple areas for dining, playing cards in the evening, cooking and chilling around the infinity pool. The view from all levels of the villa were next to none. Daily we watched various vessels anchor in our bay. What a site! The beach was equally gorgeous. White sand beaches and crystal clear aqua water. Not more to say. It was a fabulous trip.

A wonderful relaxing stay

Everything about this property was easy and relaxing. The host arranged for taxi pickup from the Bequia ferry, and also arranged to have some groceries at the house after our long travel day. The pool was perfect for the 3 of us, and that view from the pool!! It was easy to walk down to Princess Margaret Beach, just through the path in the yard. The daily cleaning was also wonderful. Thank you again!

Great Place

Three couples stayed. Beautiful house with Caribbean decor and stunning views. A lot of outside lounging space. Perfect location -walkable to town and beaches. Power goes out frequently on island but not for long and that’s part of the experience. Staff were friendly and good at what they do. Homeowner very attentive.

May be the best spot on the Island

Flamingo Villa is a terrific place to stay when visiting Bequia. The house, which is very comfortable, is in a terrific location: less than a minute to the beach and a ten minute walk to the main town. The owner, is extremely helpful and responsive. We booked for next year while waiting for our plane in the airport.

Best Villa on the Island

This was our first trip to Bequia and so we did not know exactly where we wanted to be, picking this villa mostly on the photos and reviews. It ended up being perfect. Princess Margaret Beach is a short walk and it is very easy to get into town from the villa. Yes, there are other nice places on the island but they involve long walks up steep hills or taxis/cars. This is where you want to be. The villa is cutely decorated with many quaint touches. The AC in the bedrooms work really well and the hot water in the showers is plentiful (although the water on Bequia is not). The kitchen has everything you might want and the pool is convenient and perfect for small groups with a gas BBQ. Carmina, was very helpful and an absolute joy. Nina, the owner, answered questions immediately and assisted us in arranging food before arrival and excursions. One note about the villa, it is not really a 3 bedroom- the 3rd bedroom is completely separate and not included with the rental. It did not matter for us but if you are planning on wanting 3 bedrooms, you will need to rent out the separate lower unit. Finally, make sure that you bring plenty of cash because many places you can not use a credit card.

Wonderful location and beautiful home! We hope to return again. Loved Carmina, the housekeeper. Just steps from the beach, with a great restaurant across the street. Walking distance to downtown. I loved being able to snorkel everyday. I would highly recommend!

The most relaxing honeymoon with unbelievable views

My husband and I stayed at Flamingo Villa for our honeymoon and we couldn't have been happier. We did not want to leave! Waking up every morning to unreal views of the bay and the boats docked was magical and the house itself is the perfect tropical getaway, making you feel like you are the only ones on the island! Being steps away from Princess Margaret Beach (the best on the island) was excellent. We spent most of our days there and it was easy to pop back up to the house for whatever we needed. The pool and amenities at the house itself were great as well - fully stocked kitchen, bbq, loungers, A/C in bedrooms. And Carmina, the property's housekeeper was super sweet and helpful. It was perfect! Thanks to Nina and the Property Management for a wonderful stay.

Superb holiday.

Flamingo is the perfect spot to take a little break. Lovely and idyllic spot. Home is bright and beautiful.. with breath taking views.. so from coffee in the morning til wine at sunset totally relaxing. Service was first class...accomodation was so comfortable. It’s a home away from home in an island paradise!

My overall experience at Flamingo Villa is hard to convey in words but an experience that should be had by everyone who loves quaint, special getaways. Firstly the location of the villa is in such a great location; steps away from white sand and sparkling ocean water. The staff at the villa are so personable and really help make the stay that more special. 6 visits to this special place and I’m already planning the 7th! I highly reccommend (:

Flamingo Villas is simply stunning!! The location on princess margaret beach, the decor and overall ambiance couldn't be any more perfect. This is definitely a must if you're planning on visiting Bequia.

Beautiful villa on Bequia's prime beach

We were a group of 6, including 2 children, and we stayed at this wonderful place over the first two weeks in April 2017. The villa, views, surroundings and pool are even more beautiful than we expected. The villa was very clean and the housekeepers, Josephine and Carmina, are an absolute delight and looked after us very well. The bedrooms all have efficient ceiling fans / AC, the beds are comfortable and the views are all out to sea. We loved sitting on the verandas watching the sailing boats come and go, and the sunsets were absolutely stunning. Within a few steps from Flamingo villa is Princess Margaret beach, which is one of the best beaches we have ever seen. There is also some good snorkelling at one end of the bay and Jack's Bar on the other provides high quality snacks, drinks and meals. The town and a good choice of other restaurants can be reached via the walkway along the cliff front and taxis are inexpensive, so it is easy to get around. We also had a fantastic sailing trip to the Tobago Cays / Mayreau with Captain African on his well equipped catamaran and we can highly recommend him. We all enjoyed our time at Flamingo Villa and would definitely like to come back again soon!

A little piece of paradise

This is our second visit to this charming Flamingo Villa. It's very well equipped and we love the carnival of colour. This visit was just as special as the first! The location could not be more perfect. A stones throw from Princess Margaret Beach, white sands, a peaceful space, just idealic. The house keeping staff could not be more helpful and friendly, they thought of everything which made our stay even more memorable. Flamingo Villa could easily become an annual event for us. a honeymoon paradise

Bequia is a slice of paradise, uninterrupted. We sent our honeymoon at Flamingo Villa, Bequia- an unpretentious, cozy property outfitted with beautiful vibrant caribbean colours. This well thought out and clean santuary provided all amenities -indeed a traveller's dream! Flamingo is well-poised as it is nestled in the lush foliage overlooking the crystal waters of the Princess Margaret Bay. The view is absolutely amazing - sunrise and sunset -stunning indeed-gorgeous! We enjoyed every minute and would like to thank the staff at the Villa for their warm and welcoming service and clean surroundings - first class. And of course, African... for entertaining us and treating us to his A+ seafood cuisine -delicious is an understatement !! We will definitely be back!

honeymoon cottage

We could not have found a more perfect place for our honeymoon than the Flamingo Villa. The view is amazing; the sunsets are spectacular. The Villa is comfortable and clean. The location is great, just above Princess Margaret Beach. And if you didn't feel like walking to the beach, the pool is awesome and right out the back door! The short walk to town is scenic. The staff is friendly and helpful. We can't wait to go back.

I described it to my friends as heaven on earth

I spent one week of total bliss at the Flamigo Villa. Relaxation begins with the drive to the villa ..the breathtaking view of Bequia , the moment you arrive at the villa you are mesmerized by more breathtaking view of the beautiful princess Margaret beach, the mountains..a sense of serenity ... You may choose to go straight to the beach or start your stay with a dip in the warmest pool you will ever find ...watch a sun rise, a sun set, or a moon rise from any location of the villa (the pool, the patio, from the living.room , or any of the bedrooms. Make your meals in the very equipped kitchen or have one of the ladies prepare your meal (make the request when booking ) ..fresh seafood etc The entire staff at Flamingo Villa is gracious and warm you will feel at home immediately . For the prefect vacation, plan your trip to Bequai and stay and the Flamingo Villa TODAY

The ultimate Caribbean Experience

My husband and I spent a week at the end of April at the Flamingo and Turtle Point Villas. It was our first visit to Bequia and the villas showcased Caribbean hospitality and service at its best. Every effort was made to ensure our comfort and enjoyment. The exquisite tropical decor of the villas set the tone at the outset and the breathtaking vistas of sun, sea and sky took our breath away. The beach, which is literally steps from the villas, is secluded and safe and the waters are pristine. A cup of Jamaican coffee in the early morning on the balcony watching the sea was the high point of each day. The visits to town by water taxi provided a truly memorable experience and the relaxed atmosphere and excellent cuisine in the restaurants and cafes in the capital mirrored the quality of the food in the Villas. The lush vegetation and hills were the perfect backdrop for leisurely nature rambles. The holiday was a real respite from the travails of everyday life and our very souls were rejuvenated. I would recommend these villas for the ultimate caribbean holiday. Thank you Nina, Carmina and Jo for providing such wonderful customer service and a very memorable holiday. See you next year! A Slice of Paradise....

Our family had the pleasure of spending our winter break in Bequia at Flamingo Villa. It was one of the most relaxing 10 days we have had in a very long time. Even before arriving in Bequia, our communication with Nina was easy and wonderful. She is extremely responsive and made us feel comfortable and taken care of from the first interaction. We did experience a few travel delays at the beginning of our journey, and Nina went above and beyond the call of duty to help us with arrangements and make sure it didn't impinge on our vacation at all. Upon arrival in Bequia we were met at the airport by Steve/highrider taxi and without a hitch we were whisked off to the other side of the Island to our home away from home. When we arrived at Flamingo Villa, we were greeted by Carmina, the amazing housekeeper, and shown around the house which was spotless and got us right into the Island vibe. The house is spacious and comfortable and had everything we needed to feel right at home. One of the most beautiful beaches is literally just across a small path and we felt comfortable letting our teenage daughters roam freely between the house and the beach all day long. Nina and her staff had groceries delivered to the house before we arrived and we simply went into town the next day to settle our bill and rent snorkels, which we all enjoyed using right there at Princess Margaret Beach. Waking up to the magnificent ocean view started every day out perfectly. In the evenings our daughters enjoyed the pool and although Flamingo Villa and Turtle Point share the pool, not once did we ever feel that the entire property wasn't our playground. Never again will we go to a crowded resort where we have to wake up at 7am to get a chair by the pool. This Island and Flamingo Villa are definitely a slice of Paradise, not be missed by anyone seeking a relaxing and beautiful getaway. We can't wait for our next trip to Bequia!

WORTH THE TRIP

We travelled from Canada to the most beautiful place on earth. My husband is from Trinidad and Tobago and I am from Canada. We have travelled much of the Carribean. Many times we thought we had found our Carribean paradise but this time we truly did. Bequia is without a doubt the most beautiful spot in the Carribean. It was so restful. The accomodation we had at Flamingo Villa was exquiste. Views from every room. The beach was clean and the water crystal blue. We visited a couple of local spots for lunch and dinner, the food was outstanding and the service impecable. We also stayed in and relaxed by our private pool. We had some local foods prepared by our housekeeper that were so fresh and delicious. Nothing was too much trouble for her, she helped make our stay so comfortable. We met the owner of the Villa who arranged for us to be brought over from Barbados to Young island and then ferried over to Bequia. African is the owner/operator of the vessel. He took very good care of us as well. Travelling from Canada took most of a day but was well Worth The Trip! Dr. Garth and Mrs. Denise Annisette

Feels Like Home...but better!

It does not get better than this! From the minute you speak with Nina, the owner to book this amazing Villa you feel so welcome! Nina will handle every little detail to make your trip stress free! To say the Staff (African, Jo, Carmina) go out of their way to make your holiday relaxed and enjoyable is an understatement. The Villa is perfect, the views from the deck are breathtaking. Turtle Point is located on the best beach in Bequia, Princess Margaret Beach. The location of the Villa is so private and the beach is like your own. Bequia is a beautiful, friendly island with wonderful restaurants and a laid back atmosphere. You leave feeling relaxed and go home counting the days to return. You have to try the HAIROUN, as per my Husband there is no better beer! Thank you Nina and Staff for going above and beyond in making our last two trips (2011, 2012) full of amazing memories!

Turtle Point and flamingo Villas

I have just returned home from my 11th visit to Bequia Villas- I stayed this time at Turtle Point Villa. You might think that by this time I would have found the words to properly put my finger on what it is that makes this an otherworldly dreamland. I can’t find the words yet. It is tropical majesty gift wrapped in tranquility and silence but for barely lapping waves. It is caressed by offshore breezes, with views of verdant hills and cerulean seas you cannot imagine until you’ve seen them. It is a very sleepy place nestled away in trees and flowering shrubs. It is a “neighbourhood” of three villas- none too close. Flamingo and Turtle Point villas have all the accoutrement to embrace you in relaxed living in comfort yet staying in touch with the “outside” world with all modern communications ( TV, Telephone, wireless internet even at poolside). The beach is 30 metres from the elevated patio which overlooks it and takes in a view of a whole bay a mile wide. The beach is crowded only by your party. Carmina and Josephine were our wondrous culinary artistes performing Caribbean cuisine to live for and African saw to our seafaring escapades when we wished to go sailing. Enough said, I am planning my 12th visit and I am hoping to book before you. Cheers.
