House + Casita | Heated Spa & Pool | Mini-Golf

Be the first to experience the Sunset Saguaro! The completely renovated three bedroom, two bath main house comes with attached casita with one additional bedroom, bathroom and kitchenette-- perfect for the grandparents or another small family tagging along! After an extensive renovation in 2022, we're excited for our guests to relax in the brand-new heated pool, spa and putting green with desert views!

The "Sunset Saguaro" sits just a few miles from either the Laughlin casinos or Katherine's Landing at Lake Mohave. You'll enter through the front patio and come through either the front door to the main house or the casita, both through a smart lock. The casita has a welcoming King bed, kitchenette, full bath and large closet-- the perfect place for a small family or grandparents tagging along. The main house was thoughtfully designed from floor to ceiling. The wall murals give a desert-sunset vibe with pops of orange and blue throughout the main living room. The split layout has the master bedroom with slider to backyard and large bathroom on one side of the house, with the other two bedrooms and bath on the other side with the open concept living room and kitchen in the center of the home.

The backyard is completely open for your use and enjoyment, but there's a couple points to mention about the property:
- The firepit is built, however, we are waiting on specific parts from our contractor for full use. As of now, it is not available.
- The pool has heating capabilities and until we are confident the process of heating is a smooth experience, only the spa is available for heating at this time. Once we get it streamlined, the pool will be available for heating for $50 per day. Spa use and heating is available now!
