Welcome to Lou Parpaioun – le Papillon, a Provençal house made of local stones completely renovated in 2025. Located in the heart of the Luberon Regional Natural Park, at the entrance to the small village of Auribeau, this house offers an exceptional setting combining comfort, authenticity and nature.

Nestled at an altitude of 600 meters, Auribeau invites you to a rejuvenating stay, far from the crowds, at the foot of the Mourre Nègre. You will find calm, greenery, hiking trails and breathtaking landscapes.

The house is surrounded by a Mediterranean garden, a large swimming pool with solarium, and several shaded areas conducive to rest. "Lou Parpaioun" can comfortably accommodate families and groups of friends thanks to its 4 air-conditioned bedrooms, multiple bathrooms, and numerous living spaces.

This old house made of local stones, has been tastefully renovated, organized on two levels:

On the first floor:

• A living room equipped with a large sofa, a dining table and a fireplace.
In summer this room remains cool thanks to its thick walls and double-glazed windows.

• A fitted kitchen with a central island, open to the living room and dining area.

• The outbuildings
- A laundry room with a washing machine and dryer, a shower with toilet,
- A cellar.

• Two independent bedrooms each with a double bed, a large bathroom, equipped with a walk-in shower, a sink and a toilet.
Each opens onto the outside on a space equipped with a table and two wooden chairs.

Each room has individual air conditioning with a remote control to adapt the temperature.

Upstairs,
• Two independent bedrooms each with a double bed, a large bathroom, equipped with a walk-in shower, a sink and a toilet.

• A terrace shaded by a south-east facing awning, adjoining the living room, allows you to enjoy your meals in the shade

• An unheated swimming pool (3.5m x 10m, secured by a rigid shutter, approved protection, in service from 01/05/ to 30/09.

* Cleaning and Linen is included. Intermediate cleaning is possible and chargeable in addition, to be requested on arrival.

* Pool opening period: from 01/05 to 30/09.

* An additional "electricity" cost is to be expected, to be paid on arrival for the charging of electric cars (on socket and not on terminal): 50€ per vehicle per week

* Only dogs are allowed (2 small dogs maximum). Other animals are not allowed.

* The accommodations are non-smoking

* The house is quiet and conducive to rest and relaxation. We prefer to insist on the need to respect the calm of the place, hence the choice not to accept parties or parties.

To finalize the rental we ask:
- to validate a personalized rental contract with a copy of the identity documents.
The signatory of the rental contract must be at least 28 years old.
- to provide a "vacation" or "vacation" type insurance certificate in the name of the signatory.
