Luxury 3br/3.5ba Town House w/ Private Hot Tub

Our townhome has all the comforts of home and is conveniently located on the free ski shuttle in a tranquil mountain setting with private pond. Once you have stayed here you'll see why owners love this in town location. This three-bedroom residence provides a fun mountain home feel, with vaulted ceilings, an open living area and beautiful mountain vistas.

The completely stocked gourmet kitchen opens to the main living area and has granite counters, cherry cabinets, Subzero refrigerator & gas cooktop/electric oven. With over 2000 square feet it has an attached one car garage, deck off the dining room with gas grill, gas fireplace, steam shower, private hot tub, a washer/dryer , TV's, DVD Player and free WI-FI. There is no land line telephone service. There are 3 master suites, one with a king bed, one with 2 double beds, and one with a queen bed. Each of the 3 bedrooms has it's own attached full bath. Also a family room pull-out sofa-sleeper. The loft area has a table & chairs for playing games or cards. Home has a one-car attached garage and parking for 1 additional car right in front. This professionally landscaped end unit is the perfect winter home for you and your family.

Flat screen TV's with HD and HD DirecTV service in family room (family room picture shows old TV) and in each bedroom. Main floor entertainment system has a BluRay player with surround sound -- makes for a great family movie experience without leaving the property !

Newer hot tub installed in 2014.

Excellently Done!!

Every need anticipated at this beautiful Winter Park condo. Great location, great resort, many amenities. A family of 6 adults stayed comfortably. The floor plan allows privacy on 3 separate floors. Ski shuttle helpful during a busy time, and convenient. First time at Winter Park, and it is first class. Communication with owners provided direction on all aspects of trip and rental,-quick deposit refund, too. Clean, clean, clean!! Nice linens, decor, and uncluttered!! Top of the line kitchen made cooking and food prep enjoyable!! All of this would ensure another stay here. Setting this vrbo rental apart is the care that has been taken for details; -items we normally buy upon arrival or during stay, it had everything in the logical place directions and use on everything that you will come in contact with. ***In the past 20 years, we have used VRBO many times. 90% of the rentals and owners have been wonderful, and only a few "never stay here again". A couple have been exceptional. This Winter Park condo is one of the exceptional!!

Colorado at it's best!

Our family enjoyed this townhome over the Christmas holiday this year. Such a wonderful feeling to walk into a place that is all you'd hoped, and more! Decor is lovely throughout. The three master suites worked perfectly for our family of five. All on different levels and all including its own private bathroom. Great communication with owners before, during and after our stay, which included a quick return of our full deposit within days. Would highly recommend and will definitely stay here again on a return visit to Winter Park. Thanks for a great week!

Wonderful family ski getaway!

What a wonderful spot in Colorado. We enjoyed the condo in every way - great kitchen, hot tub- lots of room to spread out. Very clean and well kept. We used the shuttle several times to get to and from the slopes - it worked out great very convenient. I highly recommend and we will definitely return to this Winter Park Town House.

Great Family Getaway!

Our family stayed at this town house for spring break and loved it! The house was as beautiful as the photos. All three bedrooms had their own private bath, in addition to a 1/2 bath off of the living room/kitchen area. The bedrooms were on 3 separate levels and provides plenty of space for families or friends to spread out. The kitchen was amazing and we cooked several times because the amenities and supplies were so nice. The steam shower in the master bedroom is a plus and my family also enjoyed the private jacuzzi just outside the front door. Overall it was a great place to stay, just a 3-5 minute drive to the lifts or a short bus ride, with the stop not far from the unit. We would highly recommend this townhouse; the owners were great and very easy to do business with. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Winter Park! As a side note, for those who have never traveled to Winter Park, we loved it... even better than other Colorado resorts. Small and quaint, not crowded, plenty of restaurants and friendly people.

Wonderful Winter Skiing Vacation

Our family consisting of three couples and one toddler stayed for five wonderful nights at this wonderful condo in Winter Park. We loved the location, the layout giving each couple some privacy, the hot tub and the wonderful kitchen. We had a great time, with wonderful snow! The owners were easy to work with and quick with responses. We are already looking at the calendar for next year to come back.

Very clean and well kept!

We were out in CO for a conference and decided to spend a couple days skiing. This was a great location to go to Winter Park. We had a car, but I believe there is a shuttle you can catch to go to the park. It is close to the shopping/eating area-so you could drive or walk. The townhouse was very clean and well kept. It was also quiet at night. The owners were very nice and easy to talk with. We would definitely stay here again if we have another chance to visit CO!

We stayed at this propert...

We stayed at this property the week of Jan 23-30. Very nice and beautiful home..all the amenities of home and more! We had a great time, very quiet, great location! Loved the hot tub....We look forward to returning in the near future.
