Perfect for a relaxing or business trip, it can accommodate 4 people thanks to its sofa bed. The accommodation: A 48 m² one-bedroom apartment (T2), located on the first and only floor of a small private building. You You will find: A pleasant and bright living room with a lounge area (sofa bed), dining area, and fully equipped kitchen. A bedroom with a double bed (140x190 cm). A bathroom with shower and toilet. The accommodations are functional, quiet, and well-located to enjoy Perpignan, the beaches, and the surrounding area. Linens (sheets and towels) are not included by default but can be provided for an additional fee. Price: €15 per bed per stay (includes bed linens and bath towels).
