Rental consists of downstairs unit containing; 2 separate bedrooms, two separate bathrooms, two separate living rooms and a massive kitchen and outdoor entertaining space. Laundry room and deck on waterfront included. 1900 square foot, that sleeps 8 nestled on an acre of property. Perfect location between headsprings and kp hole for tubing, kayaking, fishing or peace of mind. ( owners on premises but we realize that it is your time and space when you rent, any questions please ask) You have your own private waterfront. Have fun and get some sun! 🌞

Please note: undiscussed late checkout times will be charged a $50 late fee as this puts us behind schedule. If wishing to adjust times, it is worth asking and we will accommadate if possible, however somedays we have same day c/ in and c/ outs so we must stay on track. If wishing to come early, we will accomadate the request if we can.

A lot of space! Inside and out. We really enjoyed the fishing poles, the area close to eateries, the kayaks, and the little swimming area. Very close to the park as well. This is a great find. Thanks for sharing your amazing spot! Kitchen has a lot of items if in need, washer and dryer access, patio with a close fire pit, sitting area near crystal clear water, and lifejackets. Ton of room with beds couches, and seating outside.

Location, location, location! This house is all about the river and we enjoyed it immensely. We had a large group and utilized every sleeping arrangement provided. We brought our own tubes to float down the river and walk back. Also used the kayaks at the house. Was very nice to paddle upstream and casually float back down to the house. Beautiful spot on the river!

We absolutely loved our first experience at Rainbow River! This property was the perfect location—peaceful, scenic, and right on the water. Our host was incredibly helpful, offering great tips for day trips and local activities.After one day of exploring, we quickly realized there was no need to leave—the property had everything we could want. With direct access to the river, we spent our days kayaking, paddleboarding, fishing, and swimming. It was the perfect blend of adventure and relaxation.The hosts went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and even spoiled us with the best ribs we’ve ever eaten! We can’t wait to come back. Thank you for an unforgettable stay!

We had a wonderful time staying at this property! Location is perfect! Quiet yet close to town for any needs. The view of the river can be seen from inside or out. Large kitchen for cooking. Comfortable beds. Plenty of room to get away from each other if needed. Will definitely return!

Best hospitality on Rainbow

I’ve been coming to Rainbow River since I was a child. I started bringing my family when my son was five, at 15 years of age. Now we have rented yearly for the past 10 years at five different places to four different property owners. I can say hands down that these people are the nicest kindest, most helpful friendliest people that we’ve stayed at on the rainbow. The house is just a handful of homes away from the headspring. So you can kayak and drift all the way down the river and have a lovely time. It’s quiet it’s clean. It’s got lots of space. It may only have two bedrooms, but it can sleep a great amount of people the four of us slept there no problem. The kitchen has more than enough appliances and utensils. It’s got tons of stuff, including an air fryer. It has plenty of indoor and outdoor dining with the outdoor dining being covered and the gentleman just put a new deck in. We absolutely loved our stay. We prefer hard mattresses and the mattresses. There are a little softer, but other than that, I could not think of a single thing That was not absolutely wonderful if they had a six star option, I would take it.Don’t hesitate book here stay here you won’t regret it

Beautiful location on Rainbow River

The property was located directly on Rainbow River and was a great location with access to the water for kayaking and paddle boarding. The host was very nice and gave us complete privacy while at the property. The host was good about communications and quickly fixed a broken shower head when we let him know it wasn’t working. The only constructive input I’d give is the floors could’ve been a little cleaner, and a few small improvements like a rug at the French doors to wipe feet when coming in from the river (it rained quite a bit while we were there) so it would help keep floors cleaner. I was not a fan of needing to wash and dry the towels before vacating as we payed a cleaning fee of $150 but this is my fault for not reading the Rules fully ahead of time. We actually left the night before our departure date because it would have been a challenge to do the laundry (wash and dry) and leave by the time we planned. Overall, the property was nice and we enjoyed our time there.

Location,Location, Location

We had the most wonderful Stay at Matthew’s home. The whole family enjoyed our time at Rainbow Springs . There was plenty of kayaks for everyone to enjoy themselves on Springs Plenty of room for everyone to have a place to sleep we had a family of eight aging from two months all the way to 70. We look forward to next year spending another week. Thank you so much for hosting Matthew we had a wonderful stay .

River Time

We have enjoyed staying at this home away from home for the past 11 years. It is the perfect places to enjoy the river, a short kayak paddle to the head of the springs and floating back. Love starting our summer break here every year. The host great, anything we ask for they are there to help.
