A breakfast area is off the kitchen and leads into a dining area and a large living room. A smart TV and comfortable sectional couches are great for relaxing and viewing the beach through big picture windows.

Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms.
Bedroom Description
Room 1: king bed, flat screen smart TV
Room 2: TWO full beds
Room 3: Queen bed
Room 4: Queen bed (must walk through room 3 to access)
Upstairs Hall Nook: one twin bed (for overflow sleeping or a fun place for the kids to snuggle up with a book)
The upstairs bathroom has a shower/tub combo.
Private outdoor shower on the side of the house, for a quick rinse off or a full outdoor enclosed shower! Small dressing rooms on either side, for bathing suit change or dry off and get dressed for the rest of your day.

Full sized washer and dryer, as well as a full sized spare refrigerator can be found in the garage, along with a half bath and a Tesla charger.
Provided for you:
- All linens, including bath towels, beach towels and bedding
- Beach chairs
- Beach sand toys
- Kitchen necessities (toaster, drip coffee machine, blender, juicer, bar-ware)
- Children’s plates, cups, bowls and utensils

Property has exterior video surveillance for the safety of the guests and owners. Tampering with surveillance equipment will incur a fine of $500.
