"La Petite Foret Noire" Countryside Walk-Out Suite

Rural 2-bedroom 1450 square foot, walk-out suite with kitchenette /wet bar, dining area, and family room in vicinity of Black Forest. Walk out covered patio with outdoor dining area and gas grill.

On 10 acres with unobstructed view of Pike's Peak and easy access to the Air Force Academy (16 miles), Garden of the Gods (24 miles) and Pike's Peak Summit (54 miles).

Great starting point for day/weekend road cycling excursions, or a "rendez-vous" point to meet, and a great place to "base camp", for families/groups meeting / traveling in Colorado Springs area.

The suite offers sleeping for 6 adults. The 13' x 21' "King" bedroom has a king bed and walk-in closet. The 14' x 16' "Queen" bedroom has a queen bed. A queen-sized sofa bed is available in family room. Additional cots / camp mattresses available for children, upon request.

Published rental rate is for the suite and King bedroom, The Queen bedroom can be rented for an additional $25 per night, while the sofa bed in the family room is available for an additional $15 per night. These additional charges cover additional cleaning and linen/laundry fees.

The 24' x 32' family room, dining area, and kitchenette/wet bar contains a gas fireplace, TV entertainment center, and 4- person breakfast table.

The kitchenette is equipped with fridge, microwave, air-fryer, crock-pot, coffee maker, soda-stream, bar sink and dishwasher.

The suite has a private 9' x 8' bathroom with walk-in shower equipped with grab bars.

Walk out to a covered patio with outdoor lounging, dining and gas grill. The patio is sheltered by trees; yet offering a panoramic view of the front range and Pike's Peak.

Feel the grass between your toes on our 1500 square foot lawn or enjoy a game of croquette. Many days, one can fly a kite; or take a walk in our common area. Evenings guests can visit around a gas fire pit table.

The yard has multiple spots where one, or more. RVs can be parked, along with places to pitch a tent if so desired. Potable water is available, along with access to 15 AMP power supply.

The suite, patio and property are accessible to guests. Access to the host's laundry facilities can be arranged, upon request.

The hosts live on the property (upper level); although we may be away during parts of your stay. We will be present during check-in and frequently during check-out.

A continental breakfast (including gluten free options) is provided.

Rates for RV unit parking (@ self-contained usage) are available upon request.

Requests for extended stays (>14 days) may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
