Magnificent luxury penthouse condo located in the heart of Vail Village, above shops and restaurants. This is the perfect Vail vacation rental that enjoys air conditioning and stunning views of Vail Mountain and Gore Creek. Literally walk out your door to all the amenities, shops, restaurants, ski lifts/gondola and entertainment of Vail Village. Condo orientates south, offering breathtaking views of Vail Mountain. Main floor has open kitchen, dining and living room that access the deck with great views of Vail Mountain and Vail Village. Dining area has great views of the Gore Creek river.

When you book this unit, you’ll enjoy complimentary access to our partners at Destination Experts. Their experienced local team is available to assist with every aspect of your trip—from organizing lift tickets and ski rentals to making dining reservations, scheduling grocery delivery, or planning special activities. Please note that while access to the concierge team is complimentary, guests are responsible for any fees or costs associated with the services they arrange (such as activity bookings, dinner reservations, or rentals).Through our partnership with Destination Experts, you’ll have access to personalized local support designed to make your stay smooth, memorable, and uniquely Vail.

FEATURES: 3 bedroom + loft, 4 full bathrooms. The downstairs primary bedroom and the second bedroom each have a king bed and a private bath. The upstairs bedroom has a queen bed and a private bath. The loft area has a king bed. There is also a full bath next to the living room.

Nice unit. Great location. Great balcony. The only negative is that the a/c units are wall units, not central air, and it was hot in the living space. The bedrooms could’ve been cooler also.

Not my best experience. Walkway to building entry had trash and cigarette butts at 4pm. Dark narrow staircase for 1.5 flights. Unit needs significant updating. Two restaurants downstairs so noisy. Deck was great. Parking is three blocks away.

Awesome locations

We had a great time! It was great for four kids with friends and of all ages because they were able to run around the Vail village and we did not have to use a car great proximity to the mountain and great Mountain views and village views the only thing I would add would be some maid service halfway through the trip

We hesitate to write a review that is critical, but, given all of the nearly perfect ratings, we felt that a bit more honesty would be appropriate.On the positive side: (1) the location is fabulous -- in the center of the village, (2) the views from the condo are picture perfect, and (3) the management company was very helpful -- a warm shout-out to Nikki !On the negative side: (1) the condo is tired and has seen better days (pretty run down is a fair description), (2) the staircase to the primary bedroom and the loft space is very precarious, even dangerous (take a more careful look at the images than we did) -- for example, carrying a large or medium suitcase up or down the staircase would be tempting fate, (3) the kitchen is poorly and haphazardly equipped (for example, there were three potato mashers but no roasting pan), and (4) the washer/dryer are poorly located in primary bathroom upstairs -- see comments above on the staircase.If the owner made a meaningful investment in the unit to bring it back to its headline description, then we could recommend the unit. But for anyone who is looking for a luxury penthouse, this ain't it. And asking young children or older adults to use the staircase would probably qualify as child endangerment and elder abuse, as the case may be, in most states.If you need a condo for a group of young adults to crash that is well located and don't need more, then it fits the bill.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a very nice unit right in the middle of Vail Village. Despite being near the creek and children's fountain, it is quiet inside. We loved using the deck overlooking the square. All the bedrooms are comfortable and well-appointed. As I think the description notes, the bedrooms on the second floor are accessed by a VERY narrow and steep circular staircase. It is not for everyone (or most!). We only used the downstairs two bedrooms (although we did go up to use the washer and dryer), so the unit worked great for us. Just make sure that you have guests willing to go up and down that circular staircase if you plan to use 3-4 bedrooms.

Skiing week in Vail

The property is in a strategic position right in the middle of everything in Vail and at walking distance 3 min from the Gondola One. All good and aligned with the descriptions, except for some disturbing noises in one bedroom, one sink which did not empty and one window which did not close properly. Overall a great stay!

Most wonderful stay in Vail Village

I almost hate to give this property such a raving review because I don’t want to allow this gem to be discovered. We had a wonderful stay the end of August for my family. Our age ranged from 22 to 85 and everyone was comfortable and had their own space. All of the bathrooms have a shower, the beds were comfortable, soft sheets and towels. The kitchen was large and easy to have a few people in there at a time. It even had a kitchenaid mixer! The patio is awesome especially in the evening to sit outside and people watch. The management company was great to talk to. They allowed me to have a few boxes shipped to their place of business before I arrived as we were planning for rehearsal dinner and wedding. I know several have reviewed that the garbage trucks are loud when they come through town each morning, but it wasn’t bad and everyone seemed to go right back to sleep afterwards. The garbage trucks have to come through the entire village, so it really wouldn’t matter where you stayed, you would still hear them. There are a set of stairs that goes up to the condo. We were able to drop all of our luggage off in front of the condo and load them upstairs. It was a lot of work, probably because of altitude, but the condo is worth it. Also, the spiral staircase going up to the loft and extra bedroom are tricky, but very doable. What a great location, we are so happy we chose to stay here. We would definitely come back and recommend it to others. Thank you for a wonderful stay!r

Wonderful Location in Vail Village

We were there for a wedding and the location was perfect, with beautiful views. So close to everything. The condo is nicely appointed with comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, four full bathrooms and very clean. One issue for us was the very narrow spiral staircase to the third bedroom and loft area, but this may not be a concern for others. The staff at Vail Management were great from the inital rental through our stay. Overall, this was a wonderful place to call home while in Vail.

Family ski vacation

Management should tell renters not to use garbage disposal it causes a leak under sink. Plumber came to check it out told us not to use it. Dishwasher does not clean dishes - we hand washed. One humidifier that worked poorly. Unit needs more humidifiers. Location is great but noise from village late at night made it difficult to sleep and wake to Garbage trucks at 6am. Carpet needs cleaning or replace, several stains. Place was clean and well equipped.

Perfect location for a family ski trip

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Two couples and our young adult son stayed in the Creekside Penthouse for 7 nights in February, 2024. The location is perfect. Right in the middle of Vail Village, which is also right in the middle of the Vail resort complex. An easy 200 yard walk to Gondola One gets you on the mountain quickly and in a position to head to whichever area you want to ski/board. In the evening, you are right in the middle of many apres ski and dining options. I have no criticism of the property itself, but a couple of minor things to be aware of: 1) Garbage trucks came every morning around 6:00AM. Not good if you are a light sleeper. 2) The washer/dryer is located on the upper floor of the unit, accessible only by a very tight spiral staircase. It's not easy getting laundry up/down those stairs. (It's also not easy getting luggage up/down those stairs)Check in/out was a breeze and we had no issues that required contact with management. We would not hesitate to stay in the Creekside Penthouse unit again.

Location, Location, Location

Fantastic location, right in the center of town and a short walk from the slopes. Stairs up to the property are tough and the property is getting a little tired, doors on kitchen cabinets loose, broken tiles in showers etc., wall units loose. Stairs up to 3rd bedroom /loft impossible with suitcase. But location makes up for all these minor issues. Even with the minor issues, we would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful trip

This property was perfect for our extended ski weekend. It comfortably fit 6 adults with room to spare. The location is right in the Village and steps from everything, including Gondola 1. We hope to return soon!
