This architect-designed house offers approximately 350 m² of living space spread over three levels and six terraces (two per level). On the first floor (level access from parking space #2 – 3 vehicles): a huge 100 m² living room/kitchen with a conservatory, lounge, dining room, bar, and large fireplace for cozy evenings, as well as a games area with a pool table and arcade machine. A large bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm) and a double bed (140 cm), and a second bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm), two bathrooms, two toilets, and a children's playroom/office/home cinema (with a double bed (140 cm)) complete this level, all opening onto a large main terrace with direct access to the garden and swimming pool. The property, house, and its amenities are for the exclusive use of the tenants. Only those listed on the booking will be accepted. No pets allowed. Non-smoking house. - No dedicated electric charging station, but two standard 220V outdoor outlets are available in the parking area. Slow charging is possible with your own cable, whether for a car or an electric bike. - Please respect the arrival and departure times as much as possible and let us know in case of unforeseen circumstances or delays. - To do upon arrival: allow time for a proper introduction to the villa, its features, and how it works. The house is large; allow approximately 30 minutes for this check-in. - To do before departure: simply leave everything in the same condition as you found it upon arrival. Please note, the house is large and this takes time, so please plan accordingly (also remember to clean and put away the dishes, take out the trash and recycling).
