Our apartment is located in the middle of the Nassfeld ski to door.

Our apartments are situated in the ski and hiking area. They are therefore particularly suitable for families with children or active. Even older can enjoy the mountains and take undemanding walks.
In the winter:
The biggest advantage of this apartment in winter is the proximity to the slopes. The slope no. 4 is 20 meters away. The situation poses great advantage - you can insert in the morning at the free and well-groomed slopes and skiing during the ski day every time a break whenever you want or need. Particularly, it is for families who want up early in the morning, does not he come an hour later .... And the car, you can easily leave.
In summer:
The building is situated at the foot of the Gartnerkofel and hence can directly at the hiking trails and mountain bike trails. From the apartment you have an ideal starting point for all activities it has to offer the Nassfeld - as beautiful walks, hikes or mountain biking. A climbing wall is only 200 meters away.
But you can also just relax and drink on the southwest terrace with a beautiful view of coffee or read a book here.
The nearest restaurant - The Kärntner Stube is 150 meters away, the next mountain huts - Plattner and Watschiger Alm, 800 - 1000 m wide and about 120 m higher. A picturesque church on the Austrian-Italian border can be reached in 10 minutes, the road you can taste or smell the water from the sulfur source.
