The nearly 65 m² vacation home offers you a first-class living experience. It is generously appointed, very bright, and sunny. It consists of two separate bedrooms—one with a double bed and a safe, and one with two single beds—a large bathroom with a bathtub and shower (shower screen), toilet, bidet, sink, washing machine, as well as a fully equipped kitchen (coffee maker, electric kettle, dishwasher, dish towels, freezer compartment, oven, ceramic cooktop) with a large dining table, a separate living area with a sleeper sofa, and a balcony.<br><br>Enjoy a magnificent view of the mountains, the vineyards and orchards, and the entire surrounding countryside. <br><br>Thanks to the separate sleeping areas, the vacation home offers a comfortable living experience for four to five people during longer stays. Of course, free Wi-Fi is available in the house.<br><br>A crib, high chair, and changing table are provided upon request.<br><br>Additionally, there is space to store bicycles or motorcycles in the locked basement.
