I (Lucia) am Italian, Chabi is from Benin. We met and fell in love in China, where we lived for more than 20 years. We both have been managers in big multinational companies for 15 years. The call of Africa, with its colours, its people, the sea, took us to buy and restore this little Resort. And we, too, we live here. It’s our ‘home’.

Whether you wish to have a totally relaxing holiday or you want to explore Kenya, discovering traditions, art and culture or would love to do different sports and recreational activities, Red Villa is the best choice. Awarded as the most beautiful African beach, Diani/Galu is the nearest beach to Red Villa, at just 200 meters from it. Stretching for kilometres along the Indian Ocean, it can be accessed from the several pathways, one of which is right next to our place. The coral reef assures a safe and calm sea. The sand is soft and dazzling white and the water crystal blue/green turquoise. Snorkelers will not be disappointed: the reef can be reached by half an hour swim in safe waters for the most fit and experts, or in a 10 minute boat ride. In Diani and Galu Beach you will be spoilt for choice, whether you are an expert or looking for instructor, each day you could enjoy a different activity or keep doing your favourite one. • Diving • Windsurfing • Kite surfing • Safari snorkeling • Boats trips (some boats have a glass bottom for viewing the reef without getting wet)
